Powerful Methods of Making Your Ex Jealous

by Teecee Go

It is only normal to keep having strong feelings towards your ex after you have broken up. You may therefore be interested in finding ways through which you can spark the same feelings in your ex. One of the things that can help you in this process is to make him jealous.

There are some powerful methods that you can make use of to make your ex pretty jealous. In this way, you will be making a conducive environment for re-establishing your broken relationship. Let us take a look at some of the techniques you can use to achieve this.

Love yourself

If you think about it, you may realize that you have been concentrating on your ex at the expense of your own self. Yet it is important that you be the best that you can in all aspects, and this starts with loving yourself.

If you truly love yourself, your ex will notice a distinct change in you and will start wondering who could have brought such a change in you. When he notices that you are nowadays smarter than before, he will be curious to find out who you are doing this for. He will be floored when he realizes that you are actually that new person that you love so much.

Maintain a positive attitude

It is a proven fact of life that those with a positive outlook tend to draw other positive people to them. So, if you have such an attitude, you will find other great people enjoying your company, and this won't pass the notice of your ex. He will not only be jealous that he is not part of this company but also that he did not make you that happy.

Start dating once more

Your ex will be even more jealous when he discovers that you are not just happier but have also started dating. Don't worry about how you will let him know that you are dating. Word will soon reach him about your new date.

However, you should be extra careful with this method, or things can easily turn nasty. Do not fool the person you are dating with hopes of commitments you are not ready to make.

Purpose is Like a Magnet?

Purpose is like a magnet?
Why the goal can be likened to a magnet. What is the purpose? and what exactly it was like a magnet?
Goal is to be interpreted maps in your life. Could also be interpreted as a compass, which can lead you where the direction of your life. Try to imagine life without a purpose, what is happening. Like people who go a little market place without knowing the direction and destination. As you exit the house, then you call a taxi and the taxi you. Cab driver would ask, then you do not know sir replied the driver. There are 3 possibilities, first, maybe the taxi driver you will lose. Second, the taxi driver may ask how much money you have. And the taxi driver will take you round - round and down according to your money you have. And of course you do not like the place. Third, you may be taken to a mental hospital.
That's why it's important. If your goal is clear, there is a force that will bring you to your destination. strong grasp your goals. Because without goals, you will not know the meaning of your life.

WhyDo We Need to Have a Dream?

Why do we need to have a dream?
Dream like a compass that can show you the direction where the ship sailed. If you do not have such thing as a dream, the same thing you are sailing without a compass. You imagine sailing without a compass, you certainly will not know where your true purpose.
If you already have a compass you will know where the direction of your ship. Have big dreams, do not be afraid to dream.

Finally one of my dreams to have the property would be achieved as well. Soon I'll have a land area of the building plus 240 square meters. This is not just dreamed it, but this is besides the time I dreamed of my first high school, I also have a definite plan to achieve what I want. And finally land 240 square meters which I bought for $ 2500 and will my rent. Because I do not need it, so I better just rent. for that why the importance of dreams in our lives, not to me, your brother or anyone else, but this is for you.

Does Goal Setting Work?

By Jeff H Grundy

At a time when just getting by seems to be a challenge, should you be spending your time planning the future? And if you should be setting goals, do they actually work?

Well according to the so called experts, only 3 to 5 percent of the people who set goals actually achieve them. So I guess the answer to the second question would be no. Yet if that is true, why are there dozens and dozens if not hundreds of people teaching goal setting.

Is teaching goal setting something like be a weather man. People want to hear what you say, but if you are right or wrong no one really cares. Well I certainly hope not.

Back to the original question, should we be planning the future while the present is so difficult. I believe the answer has to be yes. Certainly one way or another the difficult financial times of today will pass into a brighter future. And by planning for it, you will be much better prepared to reap the benefits while others are just getting going.

So what now, yes you should plan for the future, but no goals don't work. Or do they work but for only a small percent of people. So then the question becomes are these people different or are the other 95 to 97 percent of the people doing something wrong.

Since there are so many people teaching goals and all basically teaching the same thing, lets assume the process of setting goals is sound. Then the challenge must be the implementation of the goals being set.

I like this answer because it is fixable and leaves hope for the majority of us who have trouble accomplishing our goals.

Again almost all goals teachers teach we must have a strong unbending desire if we are to accomplish out major goals in life. That makes sense, yet lets look at the simple goals first. Like saving 10% of our income weekly or exercising 3 times a week or maybe hugging your family members 3 times a day.

These goals seem simple enough, yet why then do we have so much trouble accomplishing them? Basically because we will not hold ourselves accountable to ourselves. For some reason this is human nature.

So what do the 3 to 5 percent do that the rest of us don't do. They hire someone else to help hold themselves accountable. It could be a coach or an accountability partner, it doesn't matter as long as you have another human being tugging at your sleeve reminding you of what you have committed to.

It is amazing but we will do some much more for others than we will do for ourselves. My success has been with an accountability partner but you must choose what is best for you.

Are you having trouble finding your own accountability partner? Transform Goals Into Reality could be the answer you are looking for.

If you are like me and have spent $1000's of dollars on self help products, yet have not achieved the success promised in these products, come listen to our free podcast at 30 Wasted Years Podcast. I think you will find our perspective to be refreshing and entertaining.

Has this car is my dream. I was always my high school was once a car.School graduation today's dream to have this car even greater.
Posible or not possible, everything in this world possible. Depending on ourselves, what would have dreams do not.
People who have a dream, usually has a positive attitude wherever they were. And conversely those who do not have dreams, not just his attitude, even negative paradigm. If I have a dream, how about you?

Increase Reading Comprehension - What You Must Know

by: Glen Marks

Many grade school, high school and college students have a huge amount of reading to cope with on an every day basis. Reading textbooks, journals, papers, mags, theses, and other materials can be mind boggling even for students who like to read. Aside from keeping all info, understanding the meaning of any reading material is an important reading talent. If you're one of the students who have a lot to read for school, here are a few ideas to increase reading comprehension.

First, make mental notes on the main concept of the selection and what the author is attempting to say. This will definitely increase reading comprehension. It's better to put your mental notes in writing. Write an outline of every article or chapter you have read. Over time, you can realize how well you're improving in terms of reading comprehension.

Unless you're a 100 percent genius, there are certain parts of a reading material that you will not understand. But don't skip to the next chapter-you might miss out on a vital point or idea if you don't do something regarding the hard-to-understand selection. You can ask a buddy or look for different sources to understand what a certain text is all about. You can also read aloud, ( but not too loud to bug others ) so that you can hear what you're reading. That way, you can better understand the sentences and increase reading comprehension.

Most of the time, tricky words make it hard for people to totally understand the meaning of a selection. Look up in order to understand the meaning of troublesome words or terms in a dictionary. To increase reading comprehension, you need to expand your vocabulary.

There are systems that not only teach techniques to http://only5minutes.info/, but also significantly increase reading speed. The benefits of improving these skills can be excellent for both improving your performance in school or for your career. Imagine the superb time savings from learning these talents and using them in your daily routine.

Does A Positive Attitude Really Make A Difference?

by: Robyn Simpson

We all have attitudes - good or bad. But how much does your attitude really have to do with whether you are successful or not? Robyn Simpson, author, international speaker, high performance attitude coach and inspirer is launching a highly motivational and inspirational book ‘Attitude, Aptitude, Altitude – Choose Your ‘Tude!’ to help people create better results in their work and life.

With the current economic climate, rising unemployment and global warming, all of these things impact us and are out of our control. So how does our attitude impact on us?

“We live in a world where outside influences can be beyond our control, however our responses to those things can make a huge difference to our general well being and happiness,” say Ms Simpson. “There are many things we do have control over, and it is our choice to take personal responsibility for those, although sometimes it feels easier to go with the flow. Successful people choose to take responsibility and make their own decisions rather than be at the effect of others.”

When asked; “If a person is made redundant, if they choose a positive attitude everything will be alright?” Ms Simpson responded “Some people are made redundant and choose to see it as a personal attack and allow their self esteem to be damaged, which can cause a downward spiral of depression. Others are made redundant and decide they will find another job and those who do so with a positive attitude are more likely to get re-employed. A small percentage of people who get made redundant see it as an opportunity to try something else like traveling, a new career or studying to up-skill. How you see this situation depends on your attitude towards it.”

“I would love to see attitudes and self responsibility was taught in schools. It would make such a difference to our communities,” states Ms Simpson. “My message is not new, however I see so many people missing it I decided to write this book to help people understand some things are really simple to change, and can make the difference between living an unhappy life or a happy one.”

More than simply a book, the 17 chapters of inspiring and practical lessons help every day people excel in everything they do. There is a 15-step ‘Structure of Goals’ process that provides readers with a logical and simple process to follow. Combined with a practical Work Book, readers learn valuable life enhancing habits that will serve them well in work and in life. No matter what the goal is, if every step of the 15-step Structure of Goals process is completed, you will progress and reach your goal. Having the right attitude is closely linked to the ability to achieve goals. Achieving goals builds self-esteem, which assists people to choose great attitudes.

Plus this book is full of resources for readers including inspirational downloads, information, websites and much more, to help continue the learning.

‘Attitude, Aptitude, Altitude – Choose Your ‘Tude!’ is attracting a lot of positive media attention. It seems the attitudes of people are changing. Those who choose great attitudes believe they can be successful and achieve great things. Ms Simpsons goal is to reach over 10 million people worldwide with this message and she is well on her way to achieving that. As she says herself, if a girl from a small town called Paekakariki can do it with very few resources – anyone can.

Time Management Skills: The Keys To Success

by: Simon Buehring

The blessed few seem to glide through their working day, ticking off their daily tasks and contentedly dealing with all the interruptions that come their way. These were the kids who always handed in their science homework a day ahead of schedule, and never forgot their calculator for maths.

Most of us aren’t like this. Most of us have to work at our time management skills, training ourselves to organise, prioritise and get stuff done.

What’s wrong with bad time-management?

Time-management skills are essential for anybody who wants to succeed in the modern workplace.

Gone are the days when you could calculate lunchtime by the position of the sun and plod along behind your oxen without a ringing mobile, a bulging in-box and a spider’s web of a calendar.

If you don’t learn to manage your time effectively then you risk forgetting meetings, deadlines and responsibilities, over-committing yourself, rushing work and dying young of too much stress.

What causes bad time-management?

Two extreme opposites lie behind bad time-management: over-committing and procrastination.

Some people just love to have too much to do. They might complain occasionally (or regularly) that they never have time to relax, or that everybody expects too much of them, or that they are never fully-appreciated, but the truth is that they cannot survive without a diary full of jobs to do and events to organise.

If you are one of these people, then you might be jeopardising your effectiveness by giving in to the challenge and adrenaline of taking on more than one person can possibly achieve. Stepping back once in a while and reviewing what you have to do and how you ended up promising to do it can work wonders for your time-management.

Others are prone to procrastination. If this is you, then you’ll recognise the symptoms straight away: dawdling over e-mails, making yet another cup of tea (which, twenty minutes later will require a bathroom run), always aware of the elephantine deadline that is looming close, but which you don’t have to deal with ... just yet.

The problem with procrastination is that, sooner or later, the deadlines catch up, work has to be rushed, and nobody is happy with the end result. Learning to prioritise your tasks and to stick to your schedule will improve your performance and your job satisfaction.

What can you do about it?

• Make a list of all the things you’ve got to do.

Do include everything: the 30-page report you’ve been hoping would go away; buying ham for your husband’s lunch; taking your dog to the dentist; finishing off the database you started last month.

Do not make this list on the back of an old envelope. Invest in a diary or a notebook. Scraps of paper will only end up in the bin.

• Prioritise your tasks.

Put fire-fighting and foundational tasks at the top of your list. Delegate the distractions. Eliminate time-wasting.

• Schedule.

For long-term scheduline, you definitely need a calendar. You can use a computer-based organiser, a wall calendar, or a personal diary. You can buy a leather-bound diary with gold edging, you can invest in a simple wall-chart, or you can even make a calendar yourself.

Whatever you choose, what you need is a way to divide the year, the month, the week and the day into manageable portions of time. In each time-slot, you must allocate yourself a task.

Bear in mind the importance and urgency of each task and the time taken for successful completion. Under-estimating how much time you need will lead to unnecessary stress, while over-estimation will leave you twiddling your thumbs.

• Reward system.

If you are a procrastinator, then sometimes you’ll need a motivation boost. Make yourself a star-chart, promise yourself a chocolate biscuit or a trip to the cinema or even sometime as simple as a short tea break for the completion of major tasks.

• Delegation

The most important skill that the over-committer will ever learn is delegation. Allow your colleagues to share the workload. Be generous enough to let somebody else try their hand at producing a plan or a presentation or a spreadsheet.

If you try to do everything yourself, then others will end up either resenting you or taking you for granted. Improve the performance of yourself and everybody else in your office by sharing around the tasks!

And finally –

Taking the time to review your goals and appointments will ease stress and make the time you spend working far more effective. At the end of each day, allow yourself a couple of minutes to think about what you have achieved in the past few hours. The satisfaction of meeting your goals will be the best stimulus to continued time-management.

Law of Attraction, A Spiritual Journey

by: Richard Blackstone

My spiritual journey into the law of attraction is the secret to my spiritual growth. It involves the idea that all religion is spiritual but spirituality is not religious. Spirituality information was not part of my life until I woke up to my true, authentic self.

For about the first forty years of my life I was living my life very unconsciously, what I like to call “sleepwalking.” During the sleepwalking period I always had the deep inner desire to “improve my life.” I have since “discovered” that we all have this deep inner desire because there is a constant and continuous flow of well-being that flows throughout the universe and it flows through us all the time, it never stops.

At the right and perfect time in my life I began the process of waking up to my true authentic self and began the spiritual journey that I continue to travel to this day. This journey was not oriented to religion and didn't follow religious practices. It was a journey of spiritual growth that focused entirely on spirituality information without religious dogma.

Once I started the grand adventure I was so excited I didn't know where to take my new found passion and direct it so that I could run along my spiritual path instead of walk. That is the nature of your spiritual quest; it is so exciting that you want to leap forward and go as fast as you can.

I knew that I needed a solid foundation for this journey so I started focusing my attention on seeking clarity about the principles that would guide me in my journey. I didn't know it at the time but I was invoking the immutable law of the universe known as “The Law of Attraction,” which tells us that you bring into your life that which you put your attention on.

The more I sought clarity about this question of “Who Am I?” the more I was guided to these three immutable laws of the universe. I now live these three laws, or principles, every day of my life and they are my foundation for everything that I experience in my life adventure.

I would like to share these “Three, Simple Immutable Laws of the Universe” with you so that you might use them for your own spiritual journey.

1) LOVE is who we really are. LOVE is at the core of our being and we can tap into it at any time.

2) We are all ONE. We are all spirit children of the source of “all that is.” We are not separate from the source. We are all ONE with the source.

3) We are all here to CREATE the life of our intentions and desires. Each of us has, within us, the same powers and abilities as the source from which we came. We are all CREATORS and are creating our lives through our choices. Who you are, in this moment of now, is who you have created yourself to be by the choices you have made throughout your life.

My observation of life is that most of us, myself included, were conditioned from birth to believe that we are separate from each other, separate from this planet that sustains our very physical life form and separate from our source. That is what I believed when I was sleepwalking.

It is my experience that this concept of separation is a fear based belief system. It is also my experience that you can change your belief system any time that you choose because of our inherent nature called “free will.” You can freely and easily move out of the belief of fear and separation and into the paradigm of love and oneness.

This is a choice. All of life is a choice. Once you make that choice you begin the process of change. All of life is change. We change all the time and because we live within the dimensions of time and space, this process also takes time to shift your belief system. It is not instantaneous; it is a process and a beautiful process indeed.

This process requires commitment but once you make the commitment and begin the process you begin allowing the power of love to guide you in your journey and this newfound power opens you up to a whole new perspective about life, love and the true nature of how this game of life is played out here on the giant stage called planet earth.

I have experienced both paradigms of life. I have lived my life from the fear based perspective of separation and I have lived my life from the love based perspective of love and my experience tells me that love serves me better than fear.

The most valuable tool that helps me in my journey is this: LOVE YOURSELF UNCONDITIONALLY.

Listening With Care

by: James Burgess

Personal experience cannot realistically be assumed to be even similar to anyone else’s.

Despite what we may have been taught to believe, right and wrong, good or bad, is so often a local, time-sensitive view that is of no greater significance than being an aspect of normal behavior for this time at this place. It is worth having this in mind when listening to the views of another person and think whether their values reflect their age and environment as much as our own opinions reflect ours. Other things like class, wealth, social circumstances and education will also influence what is considered to be appropriate for another person. Respecting these differences in others will win us respect for our own idiosyncrasies, and lead to our being more tolerated for our own strange behavior.

Personal experience is just that – personal – and cannot realistically be assumed to be even similar to anyone else’s - one man’s meat is another woman’s poison - and yet, most of us want to reach further, in whatever way we feel is important to us. Of course this requires us to adopt new perspectives, to try out new things, which can be at first rather challenging and odd to say the least. In fact, very often we tend to shy away from the new as a reflex action of defense, and this negative unhelpful habit has to be addressed if we want to grow in a healthy way, free of fear and narrow-mindedness. Our willingness to embrace new ideas, learn skills and meet people unreservedly enough to avoid bigotry shows itself by our being open-minded.

When someone is talking to us and we are inwardly resistant and tend to disagree, then on some level they can feel that. It will probably diminish their ability to express their thoughts clearly and confidently – and could in fact considerably influence not only how they speak but also the content of what they say. However, if our listening attention is warm and supportive, then rapport is established and a sense of harmony can pervade the atmosphere between us. What is said then somehow gives form to the good feelings that exist and generates positivity that can help you in what you want from the exchange.

This is no small thing. If we want to make the world a better place, then we will all need to learn how to think and speak much more positively, and therefore learn to listen to others in such a way that their thoughts and words are more inclined to be positive. A tricky task! We can’t just tell people to stop being negative because this will simply strengthen their attitude. Indeed, we want them to realize what they are doing, (and we may feel constrained and obliged to facilitate this awakening!) yet it has to be gently managed.

Let us remember that the communication process is co-creative; the listener and speaker are doing it together. As was said, the listener’s quality of attention has an effect upon the message in form as well as essence. It goes without saying that the speaker’s words will touch the listener. Each is influencing the other and – significantly – the content and presentation of the message too. This is food for thought; we have been rather given to think differently – that the individual is responsible for his own output and that he takes the credit too.

Perhaps a degree more humility is appropriate when we talk, our gems of wisdom are not actually ours at all; they are more honestly to be seen as shared with the one we are talking to. Also when listening we could take a little more responsibility for what is said to us, and perhaps more importantly, how it is said - with a tone that indicates respect, anger, contempt or sensitivity - because “it takes two to tango”.

There is of course another good reason to listen carefully, respectfully, warmly and open-mindedly to another person – there’s a reasonable chance that they have something of importance for us to learn!

The ideas follow the 7 Words model – that everything is fundamentally an expression of seven basic life principles: No, Hello, Thanks, Goodbye, Please, Sorry, Yes. You may be able to identify them in the order of presentation of these paragraphs.

Learning Emotional Flow

by: Joseph Schwartzman
A guided meditation from Hethball

This is Hethball speaking. We want you to take a look at yourself in a way you are not accustomed to. Pretend that you are the image on a photographic negative. What if you existed in a dimension of reality where the photographic negative was the normal way to be? What would happen if you were a reverse of yourself? If you were taken from your familiar reality and placed into a projecting device, and found yourself existing in two places at once, you might not know where your reality was. This is how you must see yourself in this life: there are parts of yourself that exist elsewhere than where you are now. Also accept the turmoil that comes about because you can’t identify specifically what you are. Then, when you find that you are upset in your emotions, you will accept what you find: an exchange of energy between different locations and different kinds of nature; the shift that happens when one space is created within another. You must accept this kind of exchange as normal.

Now we want you to relax inside. Let yourself become at peace. Notice a shifting within the peace. You are always moving about inside. There is a potential energy there. These are your emotions, the potential shifting. When you try to limit these shifts, you interfere with the progress of reality, because your belief system holds that these shifts are not good, and you unconsciously raise internal barriers.

We want you to unlock these dimensions. Let yourself relax again. Imagine that there is a high-level force entering the streams of your consciousness. This high-level force from another dimension begins to overtake you. Notice how you respond when you sense something overtaking your consciousness. Be aware of the barriers that rise up, and of how you shift into a high gear of resistance. Now we want you to let things flow through. No matter what it is, let it go by you. No matter what you feel, let the feeling happen. See yourself rising to a higher level of reality. When you look around, you see that there is flow happening. All around you is flowingness. The idea of a higher dimension contains the idea of fleecy whiteness, of clouds flowing by. Shifting happens easily and effortlessly on the higher planes of reality. This is how you must become. See yourself as something that floats in the wind.

Now we’d like you to remember a time in your past when your emotions were hurt, when some disaster befell you. And we want you to increase the energy input to your memory of that time until you can see the higher energies filling you up. We want you to see how energy flows through you as you were in that previous experience, to aid you in healing that moment. You are sending the light of the present time, the understanding of flow that you now have, into your experience in the past. See how you flow, how light you become when flowing happens... how light you feel now, letting it happen in the past. See how you unravel the darkness, the mystery and the confusion, and make them light. Make yourself as if you couldn’t hear the sounds, as if the disaster’s wind passed by you but didn’t touch you because you were like an open door.

Now open your heart and let love pour through it. Let the experience of love permeate your thought consciousness so that you send it into the previous darkness, the pain that you felt, the emotions that rise up with the pain. Let yourself experience laughter and love together to help heal the past. Now you’ve created joy, and joy will help you overcome your pain and suffering. When you find joy, your emotions rise to a higher level and your emotions are at peace. You now have a peaceful understanding of how things work in the universe, and how you can add joy to your life. Don’t be afraid to come here often. Add laughter to the sounds you enjoy when you express yourself. Laugh wholeheartedly. You are more alive when you have flow. Increase your flow by laughing out loud, letting your energy bodies bounce, letting them feel bouncy in the winds of change, in the flow of love, in the expression of joy. Imagine yourself laughing loudly; let yourself see it happen, joyfulness overtaking you. How often do you let yourself feel enjoyment? Now, the universe loves this. It loves when you’re happy. You will find freedom by bringing a joyful attitude to everything in which you are involved. Then your emotions will be free of their bondage to the earth plane, to the past, to your dark experiences. With an attitude of joyfulness you will become free again. You will regain the freedom you had before. The wings of joy will carry you to heavenly experiences.

Now go with love into the worldly experiences, and take joy with you.

In a Nutshell

Imagine being a photographic negative in a projecting device. See a projection of yourself.

Being both a negative and a projection is confusing to the emotions, but notice a flow of energy between the two places.

Notice that there are some obstacles to that flow.

Imagine yourself floating upward. As you do, notice that the energy flows through the barriers.

Remember emotional pain that you have experienced. Send light and love to that time and see how you can increase the flow through the pain.

Let the love become laughter and joy.

Laugh out loud.

Crystal Healing Explained

by: Keith Ward

People used crystals for centuries for healing and magical rituals. Their very appearance is mystifying so it's no wonder that the Western world latched onto the use of crystals as an alternative medical treatment. Edgar Cayce, an American insurance representative who went into trances to heal people, read the past and future was the person who first made crystal healing popular in America. His uncanny accuracy about people and events that occurred at great distances from him gave him credibility when he talked of the lost city of Atlantis in the 1930's. He told of the amazing power of the crystal and how the citizens of Atlantis used that power for energy, communication and power. Today, we use crystal substances in our computers.

The belief that the crystal is a tool that magnifies and isolates the energy of the universe to heal specific areas of the body has long been a tool for ancient healers. The colour of the stone used depends on the part of the body they attempt to heal. The "prana" from India and "chi" of Chinese medicine both are life forces that circulate through the body. The chakra is the energy whorls located at various spots where the prana exists. In Chinese medicine, the chi follows a meridian and circulates. The use of crystals, in both cases, is to either enhance the energy or unblock it at specific points.

Originally, there were many chakra points, but now there are seven, which are commonly used. The root chakra located on the tailbone uses garnet, bloodstone, rubies and onyx to bring energy. The sacral chakra in the abdomen below the navel vibrates to carnelian, moonstone and hematite. The solar plexus chakra in the area directly above the navel uses citrine, amber and topaz. If you need to improve your heart, use rose quartz or Chinese fluorite. Aquamarine and turquoise are the healers for the throat chakra and the forehead chakra requires amethyst, sapphire or turquoise and the crown chakra uses amethyst and clear quarts. While these are traditional, some crystal healers use simply clear quarts in their practice.

Sometimes the person receiving the healing energies lies as the person versed in crystal healing places the stones on the various charkas. Other times, there is no formal session but the person seeking healing carries the crystal in their pocket or a specially made cloth bag pinned near the chakra. Those that carry the stone often seek emotional healing and carry the crystal closely associated with the body part known to create that emotion.

While there is some research into the area of crystal healing, most of the scientific community believes that the healing comes from the placebo effect. Information regarding the electromagnetic force of the body, however, could change that. Doctors use MRI machines to check people's health every day. EKG's and EEG's record the body's electrical charge. This is nothing more than their life force. Crystals are part of the civilized world's economy. When you turn on your computer, crystals bring the communication of the world to your desktop. While no one knows whether crystals do the same for the body, it's one possibility that many people believe and use as an alternate method of healing on a daily basis.
