Quotes on Life

'God often takes a course for accomplishing His purposes directly contrary to what our narrow views would prescribe. He brings a death upon our feelings, wishes, and prospects when He is about to give us the desire of our hearts.' John Newton
The marathon is a long distance road race that spans 42.195 kilometres (26 miles and 385 yards), the first Marathon was run after 490 BC to commemorate the death of a soldier called Pheidippides. This soldier (who must have struggled to say his own name as a child!) was sent to Sparta to request re-enforcements when an invading Persian army landed at Marathon in Greece.
To deliver this message, Pheidippides (come on, you can say it) ran 240 Kms (150 miles) in two days. Because of his actions a great and mighty battle ensued. Once the Greeks were victorious, our unpronounceable hero ran the 40 km (25 miles) from Marathon to Athens to deliver the word "Νενικήκαμεν" (Nenikékamen, 'We have won'). Upon which he collapsed and died on the spot because of exhaustion.

I like happy endings, and this doesn't seem quite the ticket. Yes our feisty friend Pheidippides got a race named after him that has been included in the Olympic games ever since. But he didn't get to see it. Sometimes it's easy to feel like that. That you are never going to make it, your dreams are never going to be fulfilled, that you are going to lose everything you care about. But this is God's promise to us -
'He won't brush aside the bruised and the hurt and he won't disregard the small and insignificant, but he'll steadily and firmly set things right.' Isaiah 42 v3, The Message
So if you are running your own marathon right now, take heart that even when you are thoroughly exhausted and even dead in your troubles. Whatever your physical circumstances, He is working out a greater plan on your behalf. The most amazing part of the story of Jesus is that after He died, he rose again. He did not stay dead and no more will you. Believe in this Resurrection life.
Not one teardrop
Some days my mind is full of shadows,
Doubt creeps quietly as the daylight ends,
Sorrow clouds to the far horizon,
Yesterday's enemies become my friends.
Then it seems like I'm falling,
Far away from You Lord,
Fear says that You won't find me,
Doubt says is this all there is?
Is this all?
Climbing up these mountains of confusion,
The air is bitter, icy cold,
All my troubles carried on my shoulders,
My heart can't carry this heavy load...
Then a voice breaks the silence,
Something You said long ago,
Even though I may falter,
You will never let me go.
Not one teardrop goes unnoticed,
Not one heart break You can't mend,
Not one burden You can't carry,
You won't break me when I bend.
A bruised reed You will not break,
A smouldering candle You will not snuff out...

Relevance of Success Quotes in Life

Success and Success Quotes
Success for some is an abstract term and to others an extremely definite and tangible concept. For some people, success remains something elusive, fluttering just within arm's length, but never close enough for them to grab. For a few others, success is a way of life, an attitude with which they approach everything that comes their way.

Whatever your approach may be, success quotes can definitely be the spark that can ignite your senses and encourage you to go for that goal you've been postponing for such a long time. Most of these success quotes have been spoken by people who have redefined success by what they've achieved in their life. Hence, they command great respect. Let's look at some of the more popular quotes on success and evaluate what we can learn from them.
"A successful man is one who can lay a firm foundation with the bricks others have thrown at him." - David Brinkley
Success is never an easy thing to achieve. To be successful, you need to have a vision; a vision that hasn't been envisioned by any one else. Many successful people chose to do things that were considered impossible in their time and age. When these men set out to achieve the impossible, they had to face not only the challenges posed by the monumental task itself, but also ridicule and contempt of people around him.
However, in spite of the derisive attitudes of their friends, family and foes; in spite of people pointing out to them what a lost cause it was, they kept going, on the strength of their conviction and the passion that told them that it was possible. And, in the end, they made it possible too!
"For true success ask yourself these four questions: Why? Why not? Why not me? Why not now?" - James Allen
This success quote conveys a very simple message. There is never going to be another good reason, good time or good person to achieve the task at hand. You don't have to wait for a propitious time to start something.
The time is right when you decide to take the first step towards attaining a goal. Besides, why do you need to wait for someone else to come along and do the task? What's wrong with you? Surely, you too are equipped with the necessary skills to do it. All good things follow when you decide to get down, get your hands dirty and accomplish the goal at hand.
"Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up." - Thomas A. Edison
Another powerful success quote that conveys a very simple, yet profound message - don't give up! Try, try, try, try, and try, till you get it. And if you don't get it, try yet again. You cannot break a boulder with one blow, nor with ten, nor maybe hundred.
But you have to stay at it till you do. For all you know, maybe the hundred and first blow may create a chink in the boulder. And, to think, you'd have given up just one blow short of achieving your goal.
When your pace seems frustratingly slow, when the odds seem to be stacked high against you, and when all in you seems to be shouting 'give up, man', that's when you need to stick harder to your goal. For all you know, success may just be round that corner where you've stopped and about to turn back.

6 Quotes About Success to Keep You Motivated

As an entrepreneur, there is nothing you strive for more than success. You are already taking a chance on an opportunity you have no clue whether it will work out or not. To keep you motivated and striving for your goals, it is always nice to see quotes about success. Here are six quotes to push you toward your goals.
1. "The person who gets the farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare."
-Dale Carnegie
If you are going to succeed as an entrepreneur, you have to be willing to take risks and put yourself out there. Sitting back and waiting for things to happen for you is not going to get you anywhere. It is the ones who pursue their goals that will come out on top.

2. "The successful always has a number of projects planned, to which he looks forward. Anyone of them could change the course of his life overnight." -Mark Caine
With the internet presenting a number of opportunities to choose from, an entrepreneur always has the ability to boggle several things at once. This way if one project fails, there will be several others in line to potentially lead you to success.
3. "Success doesn't come to you; you go to it."
-Marva Collins
Whether you like it or not, people are not going to come to you and bring you sells. It is up to you to interact, market and promote your business consistently. By getting out and finding your target market, you will create success for yourself.
4. "Success is a journey, not a destination."
-Ben Sweetland
Many people strive their whole lives for success and become rich. However, success is not somewhere that you are going to land on and forever be successful. It is the entire journey and everything along the way that brings you success.
5. "Success is not permanent. The same is also true of failure."
-Dell Crossword
Feeding off of the previous quotes about success, you have to realize that success is not permanent. You cannot reach success and then kick back and relax. You have to constantly push and work hard. However, do not give up if you have not found success as of yet. You can always turn around poor luck.
6. "Seventy percent of success in life is showing up."
-Woody Allen
Of all of the quotes about success, this is the one that can carry you to the next level. Many people dream of becoming an entrepreneur but never actually pursue their dreams. While there certainly is more to it than just showing up, a lot of it is getting the nerve to take a chance and actually start a business. Therefore, a large portion of success is showing up and starting your business.

Quotes about moving on are some of the most powerful tools that can be used to heal a broken heart. This is because they can quickly give strength in a time when strength is needed most. 1. Scour the Web

- Utilize Google. Make sure you put in search terms that are very specific and relevant to your situation. There are about a gazillion quote sites on the Internet and you need to find the right one; click on different websites to get a preview of what they offer, and then decide if you want to spend time searching through its letting go quotes. Sites with a built-in search engine can be very helpful if you already have an idea of some of the quotes you want
2. Find quotes that give you power
- Don't settle for just anything. Quotes that you draw an emotional or significant connection to will be the most helpful in your plan for moving on because they will be the ones you remember. The process is dependent on you finding words that you naturally recall on a day-to-day basis.

- This, in my experience, is usually the best range for having enough, but not too many, quotes that will stick in your head. 5 Famous Quotes About Life

Most people have heard them, and you've even probably used a couple of them yourself. People use them as their statuses on social web pages as well as wear t-shirts and drink out of coffee mugs that display them. Quotes about life are some of the most popular and well-liked pieces of literature known to man. People can relate to quotes about life because they have real meaning.

1. "The real reason for not committing suicide is because you always know how swell life gets after the hell is over" - Ernest Hemingway
There are a lot of individuals who can relate to this quote. Oftentimes, life tends to become overwhelming and we are blinded by the bad things that are happening, but through our experience, we have learned that circumstances are always changing and that things always get better - eventually. Sometimes you just have to wait until the storm has passed and undergo certain trials and tribulations in life in order to learn your lesson. Once the storm has passed, everything is as it was, and sometimes calmer and better than before. It's just a matter of time and waiting.
2. "It is not the years in your life but the life in your years that counts" - Adlai Stevenson
This quote coincides with the term, "quantity versus quality". It's a great quote because of the truth it holds about life. A person can live 100 years, but if those 100 years have no meaning or quality, they're simply useless. Living without happiness or feeling is just about as wonderful as being dead because there is nothing happening and you're not making it happen. If an individual were to only live 18 years, but those 18 years were better than another person's 100 years, then he's had a good life.
3. "Life is all memory, except for the one present moment that goes by so quickly you hardly catch it going" - Tennessee Williams
This quote is a good example of how short life is. You live, but during the process of living, you can barely take hold of the things that are happening in front of you because the present moment goes by so quickly. When it's over, it's just another memory, but for those who truly enjoy life, it's another memory they hold dear to their hearts. Sometimes, life is full of unpleasant and bad memories. No matter what form the memories present themselves, they are undoubtedly a learning experience.
4. "Sometimes I wish life had a fast-forward button" - Dan Chopin
Why is this quote so good? Because it describes the exact thoughts and feelings of just about everyone at some point or another. Life is full of times which most of us do not want to have to endure. One of the greatest examples is during work or a tragedy. Work is something that most people cannot avoid, and although they have to go to make a living, most individuals would agree that it would be nice to have a fast forward button. The same goes for tragic situations. There are just some things in life that are too unpleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, people must go through a series of ups and downs and live through all of it.
5. "Our insignificance is often the cause of our safety" - Aesop
In life, it's all about getting out and making something of ourselves. People can't simply expect everything to be handed to them on a silver platter. It is up to us to get out and do something about our circumstances in order to ensure we live great lives and are looked at as admirable individuals when it's all over. For some people, that's hard to do. You can't become someone of significance if you are scared of everything. To become truly satisfied with yourself and your life, you must step outside of your comfort zone and not be afraid to live.
The majority of these quotes you can probably relate to. Most people have a pretty good understanding of the meaning of these famous life quotes.

Chances are, you'll continue to see some of them repeatedly throughout life, and maybe even choose to use a few of them yourself as you go along. Nevertheless, they are meaningful and a great reminder of some of the real truths in life.

Bruce Lee Bio - Life Of The Dragon

By Darren W Chow

Bruce Lee is a legend of the martial arts community. In his time, Lee not only trained in the ancient art of Wing Chun, but he also put it to use in both traditional and questionable means. Lee was always known for getting in to fights when he was living in Hong Kong. He even once beat up the son of a Triad leader. According to one Bruce Lee bio, this was the last straw, as some talk was going around thereafter that Lee had a contract out on his life. Lee's parents sent him to live with his older sister in San Francisco pre-1960. While there, he would refine his craft as a martial artist and eventually found his own style that borrowed philosophies from many of the ancient arts that had turned Lee into such a master. Lee's new style was called Jeet Kune Do, or "the way of the intercepting fist."

Unlike many of the traditional teachers of martial arts, who urged against combat unless entirely necessary, Lee seemed to welcome it. According to the Bruce Lee bio, he got in to many fights throughout his short time on the earth. He was a frequent target of criticism from the Chinese community for teaching the ancient arts to Caucasians. It even led to a confrontation between Lee and another master with the stipulation that if Bruce lost he would have to cease teaching the art to the western world. Lee fought the challenger in a highly contested bout, which occurred in private. The challenger claims that he did not lose and that the fight went on for 20-25 minutes, while the Bruce Lee bio said that the challenger was vanquished in just 3 minutes. Neither man relented in their telling of the story. He did challenge Lee to a public rematch that was never accepted. Lee continued teaching his martial arts.
Lee's unique skills eventually earned the attention of Hollywood, who put him to work right away in features such as "Way of the Dragon," "Enter the Dragon," and "Game of Death," that would change the way that people thought about the martial arts movie. He was also noted for a starring role in the classic "Green Hornet" TV series as sidekick Kato, who stole the show with his unique fighting abilities. In spite of his devotion to western culture, Lee was railroaded out of the lead role in "Kung Fu" due to his race.
Lee died in 1973. His official cause of death was cerebral edema, though there have been many theories over the years from a reaction to cannabis to Triad murder to a curse over his family backed by the untimely death of son Brandon. Depending on which Bruce Lee bio you read, the cause of death seems to be different!

Awakening to Life's True Purpose

By Steve Wickham

Distraction is the concept in contention with life's true purpose; the biggest, now global, trick of human history. This is as visible a threat as it is insidious. It is literally strangling our quality of life and we are helpless against it, unless we are awakened to our true life purpose.
Life, ironically, is a distraction from our purpose. Almost everything in today's world conspires against this purpose. Not that we should reject our world and live as secluded hermits. But there is a force in this life that blocks our awareness of, and our access to, our purpose.
SO, WHAT'S OUR PURPOSE?
Our purpose is to honour God by living our lives - not kidnapped by agendas-of-distraction but with eyes wide awake to the God-honest realities that are somehow subsumed by these agendas-of-distraction.
Allow me to put it in plain illustrative terms.
One example of distraction is entertainment; what is not clear about entertainment, however, is what distractive element takes us toward our purpose (for some entertainment is purposefully distractive) versus what takes us away. Most entertainment takes us away. For instance, we choose entertainment when we should be doing other things. Or, we choose the wrong sort of entertainment. Moreover, much entertainment takes our minds away from more relevant God-honest realities. We are all implicated.
Dismissing or rejecting entertainment out of hand, if we follow the chosen example, is not the answer; nor is merely giving in to the entertainment revolution sweeping the globe continuously.
There has to be a more compelling and effectual answer.
Frustration has no part whatsoever in us living our purpose, unless it's part of the learning process. There's little to be learned via the frustration of chopping and changing in indecision.
THE AGENCY AND PROCESS OF AWAKENING
Let us be perfectly clear that the awakening in view is no New Age concept. Such an awakening - the necessity of humanity to partake - is as old as creation itself. Adam and Eve, of course, failed their awakening test, as have and do we.
Awakening is nothing about failure, however.
It is, like salvation, an initial choice as well as an ongoing choice-the finances of the mind invested in focusing on what is really relevant, as well as learning what agendas-of-distraction we are to dispatch to the archives of previous currencies.
Awakening is truly about choosing to live the abundant life.
THE SCIENCE OF THE ABUNDANT LIFE
One of the most poignant things Jesus ever said about the nature of worldly life, and the countering nature of salvation, was:
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
~John 10:10 (NRSV).
Agendas-of-distraction are an example of the thief, among many examples. The myriad examples of distraction sway us away from true abundance - the experience of God breaking through our consciousness and awakening us to reality.
This is no subjective reality, but the reality.
It must surely be the greatest gift; to enjoy knowledge of reality. That is, to be at peace with it. This is where the abundant life begins. Indeed, this, not apart from the Saviour, is its source.
The abundant life journeys with simplicity. Having dealt with the distractions - those that would otherwise seal our fate as stolen - the simplicity of the abundant life opens up new doorways and new streams of thinking.
The abundant life is our true life purpose. It is no destination, so we must endear ourselves to it, rejecting distractions, and follow it passionately all our lives.
Perhaps the following quote of Isaac Newton's encapsulates the whole article:
I do not know what I may appear to the world; but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the seashore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.
Ours is to look past the distractive pebbles and shells on the seashore and further yonder to the ocean of truth. There is where life is truly at; nowhere else.

Stop Resisting and Accept

By Michael Anthony Martin

Dealing with Difficult People... Stop Resisting and Accept
Stop Resisting and Accept
Learn to deal with the difficult people in your life by improving your communication skills, accessing additional resources, and knowing when it's time to just accept things as they are.
"We struggle to define ourselves from earth and vast blue sky
We open to explore ourselves unto the question why
Then we realize that hoping will not take us to our dreams
One step is just beginning
To accept life as it seems"
The difficult person in your life may never change but you can. Your challenge may be to stop resisting and to accept the person and situation as exactly as it is. What stands in your way is called resistance. It can be provoked in many different ways and for a variety of reasons. The first step to overcoming resistance is to be more aware, or conscious that we are actually resisting something, or in your case the difficult person or situation that has arisen.
One of the early signs of resistance is that we notice ourselves becoming more defensive. We put up an emotional wall to ideas, information, and even people. We can physically feel our stomach tighten and our blood pressure rise.
We may get flushed or red in the face. Our adrenaline kicks in and we have a strong urge to fight or flee. If this happens to you around your difficult person then you may be having a stroke or heart attack, but more likely you are experiencing resistance.
Just to be clear, resistance is much deeper than disagreeing. When we disagree we can sometimes become stressed or even angry, but we don't usually want to run away or beat the other person to a pulp. Resistance is always about us and never the other person. They may provoke the feelings inside of us but they cannot change us. That is completely up to us.
Where we most resist change is precisely where we must change. We need to recognize our resistance and then change ourselves or our attitudes to watch it recede. To do that we must be open and also find clarity around the situation. Then change.
There was a fairly bad science fiction program on television a couple of years ago that featured a group of man-machines called 'borgs' as the bad guys. Their mission was to take over the brains of humans and assimilate them into their cyborg consciousness. Once the 'borgs' got you it was over. Their slogan was "Resistance is futile".
So too with the resistance to change in real life. Accept the situation and the difficult people in your life and then go about the change you need to make inside of yourself in order to move forward. Resistance really is futile.

5 Easy Ways To Increase Mental Focus and Concentration

By Jessica Blackey

Mental focus is important for everyone, from the child getting ready to go back to school to the senior adult desiring to prevent Alzheimer's disease. Here are five easy ways to increase mental focus, end depression, sharpen memory, and delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. Now I can't make any guarantees that these tips will for sure help your memory, but according to research, they should help. Below I came up with 5 ways that you can sharpen and increase your mental focus.
5 Ways To Increase Your Mental Focus
1. Eat a good breakfast. A healthy diet is one way to enhance mental focus, and breakfast is the best place to start. Twentieth-century American nutritionist and writer Adelle Davis once said, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." That recommendation holds true today. Skipping breakfast can affect mental acuity, emotional well-being, and energy levels for the rest of the day. In fact, one British study found that people who do not eat breakfast perform poorly on memory tests and have higher levels of physical and mental fatigue later in the day.
2. Drink more caffeine. Not only does coffee taste good and can get someone going in the morning, but it also has health benefits. According to research reported by WebMD, coffee drinkers are less likely to have a number of different health problems, including Alzheimer's related dementia. A 2009 Scandinavian study followed 1,400 coffee drinkers for 20 years. Those who drank between 3 and 5 cups of coffee daily were 65 percent less likely to develop dementia. It appears that coffee wakes up the senses and keeps the brain sharp.
3. Keep the body hydrated. According to a "European Journal of Clinical Nutrition" report, mild dehydration can cause cognitive impairment and poor mental performance. The study looked at aging seniors and younger adults. To enhance mental focus, people should drink plenty of fluids, especially water, throughout the day. Those who drink coffee to sharpen mental acuity should drink extra fluids to counter caffeine's diuretic effects.
4. Listen to inspiring music. Music improves energy levels and engages the senses. Most people know from experience that uplifting music sharpens concentration and encourages creativity. The power of music to enhance mental focus is well-documented. Listening to music and taking note of the various sounds, images, emotions, and even smells it evokes, is a great way to exercise the brain.
5. Have a good laugh. Nutrition, exercise, and leisure activities can have lasting effects on physical, emotional, and mental health. Research shows that investing in laughter can pay good dividends, too. Everyone knows the adage, "Laughter is good medicine," and studies reveal that laughter has a profound effect on a person's overall health. In addition to the physical and psychological benefits, laughter can sharpen a person's mental focus. It moves the attention away from stress, anger, guilt, and other negative emotions that can cloud a person's concentration.
Breakfast, caffeine, water, music, and laughter are just five ways a person can increase mental focus. There are many other ways to enhance mental clarity, improve memory, and lift depression. But these five suggestions are easy methods that anyone can incorporate into their daily lives. Simple and scientifically-proven, they are great ways to increase energy levels and keep mental focus clear and sharp. Hopefully you can incorporate some of these simple techniques into your own life so that you can get more accomplished.

Life Mask

by Budi Martanto

Many people who pretend to live every second in time in his life. Pretense that they may do, some just to look for a bite of rice up to the chair position. As if you can, but it is not. As if life of excess, but still lacking in everything.
Even my friend once said, "People who FEEL RICH, then he will start giving. People who feel poor, will continue to ask!"

No wonder so many people like the above earlier. For that is the form of a feeling. Well! Everyone is doing something to meet the feelings that they may feel. A form of feelings of respect, to look at a lot of people because of wealth and position. Feelings and other derivatives.
Whatever your feelings, it would be nice if brought benefits to many people. For example: You want respect, then respect others. You want to be loved, then love others. You want to receive, start giving.

Be the first person who is always beneficial to many people. That way, will always continue mengalis abundance in your life!

Hopefully useful!

How To Stop Anger From Controlling Your Life

By Roseanna Leaton

Some people seem to have the knack of avoiding anger; by this I mean that they just don't seem to get angry no matter what provocation they are subjected to. Other people are affected in a hot and heated manner and feel the bile of anger rising in their throats at the smallest provocation. And then there are those who traverse the middle ground between these two opposite positions.
In reality, a little bit of anger can be a very healthy emotion. To feel anger in an appropriate way allows you to express your feelings and let off steam. Anger can also be a good motivator to take important and necessary action. But anger is only a healthy emotion when it is experienced with a certain degree of control.
Unbridled anger can be a very dangerous emotion to experience and it can become your own controller. Uncontrolled anger can be the perpetrator of many a deed which you feel ashamed of at a later time. This type of anger can destroy possessions, relationships and lives.
We know that for some people anger would appear to be a controllable emotion whilst for others it has free reign. If you wish to change your angry responses to situations then it is important to understand that you can learn from those who deal with anger in a different and more productive way.
We often do not appreciate that almost all behavior and emotion can be tempered and changed. It is too easy to think that you are just a "hot headed" person, shrug your shoulders and accept your fate. But that is a complete cop-out.
We happily watch programs on TV like "Dragons Den" and fully appreciate that to work with and be guided by a successful mentor is likely to assist one to become more successful too. We appreciate that financially successful traits can be copied.
In reality, every trait can be copied. And to learn to control your anger will lead to far greater success, as well as comfort, within your life. In learning to control anger you allow your friendships, relationships and every other type of encounter the chance to prosper.
Uncontrolled anger is a negative emotion, which gets in the way of success. It forms a large and uncomfortable barrier, which prevents you from succeeding in almost every arena in life. But anger can be controlled and you can learn how to do this quite easily. You can learn to control anger by watching and copying those who remain calm. You can also learn to control anger with the help of hypnosis mp3 downloads.
Hypnosis allows you to access your subconscious mind, the part where instinctive habits and responses are held. And so a hypnosis download designed to overcome anger can effectively be an extremely good mentor, which guides you to be a far more relaxed and comfortable person.

How to Use the Law Of Attraction Techniques to Get What You Want in Your Life

By William Meinsen

Ernest Holmes, the founder of Science of Mind states when talking about the Law of Attraction, " Mental Science is not a "get-rich-quick scheme," neither does it promise something for nothing. It does, however, promise the one who will comply with its teaching that he shall be able to bring into his life and experience greater possibilities and happier conditions.
There are 7 steps or techniques that I will show you that will help simplify and enhance your knowledge and enable you to achieve your goals. First thing, I would like to give you something to think about, so before I give you steps for Law of Attraction Techniques I wou
ld like to prepare you. There is energy that moves in and around us, not so different than a guitar who's strings need a certain pitch to sound right. We need to be in-tune with the Universe or God. Example: You are talking to a friend and you say something maybe you did not mean to say, and then you here coming out of your mouth, boy that was stupid. Here is where you need to be honest with your self, deep done do you feel stupid, you know that feeling in the pit of your stomach, the one that causes anxiety. Well if you can feel all that,[ or enter your own example], and I once did, then that is why your life may not be getting better, you are attracting IT. The Law of Attraction does not think it is simple Cause " what you are doing" and Effect " the result of what you are doing. It is that simple. Changing a lifetime of negative thinking you may find more challenging. Each step in this process leads to the next step. So do not rush, you are fine tuning your consciousness and preparing it for completion. These are the Law of Attraction Techniques.
1: Choice- Make a list of all the things you would like to change in your life. What or who do you want to be. Make a complete list of goals, short term, next maybe 1 to 2 years away, then think a little longer term what do you want to accomplish. To start, especially if you are new at using these Law of Attraction Techniques, choose something small, something believable for you [ it will not do you any good if you choose $1,000,000 and you really do not trust that this will manifest in your life.] so start small and work your way up to your lives goals. You are complete and whole and already have everything you will ever need, but you have to choose it. Think of it as a huge buffet in the Universe. You may be starving but if you do not choose your food and claim it as yours, you will go hungry.
2: Recognition- This step is all about opening your self up to God, or Universe or you choose to insert your own definition. See my page Positive Affirmation for more clarity. You are not just a physical human mass. You live life, you experience life, you are a part of Universal Mind. You are a part of the whole we call God.
3: Unification- Here you are unifying your self with god. You might say " I am a perfect expression of God. The power of the Universe moves in me, around me, there is nothing that is not God." You are a part of the whole separate as your self but connected to everything. Think of Universal Mind as an Ocean, you are this Ocean as a Wave.
4: Realization- Here you would state your choice from step 1, remembering the Law of Attraction, that your words are powerful and will be reflected back to you as you have spoken. You already have that which you desire it is in spiritual form and waiting for you to realize it. Joel Goldsmith said, "By acknowledging that we have, we shall demonstrate have." Remember the power you are dealing with is not a personality it is a law, and if you have a real embodiment of your desires you can demonstrate.
5: Visualize- Steps 5 and 6 really go together. Get yourself in a good relaxed frame of mind and see that which you desire. I mean really see it, feel it if its a car drive it, experience the emotions that go with this. Really become a part of a part of your visualization.
6: Thanksgiving- By giving thanks we are establishing that it already done. Have an attitude of gratitude. Know that the Universal creative system is in operation an you have now received in physical form that which you have chosen. NOW Awake from your human sleep and feel the joy that comes with you now knowing your oneness with God.
7: Release- Action- You now release this spiritual treatment into Universal Intelligence or Mind knowing it is already done. Surrender it. Now do not just sit there waiting for God to drop it in your life. Go about your business with the confidence in your spoken word and the complete knowing that the law can not act, it has to act according to your actions.
Benefiting from the Law of Attraction Techniques will vary for each individual depending on there level of consciousness. We attract that which we give. That which we think about most. Everyone one will benefit in some way because we are in constant growth. The more you want, the More you should Become.
