7D That Change Your Life

On one occasion, there is a client of mine asked via email. Here’s the contents of his email: “Good morning, I want to ask can? Regard, I would ask what the secret to success?”
Answer: Secrets of Success? There are no secrets to success. And I never keep it secret. My mentors were never kept secret. To be sure, you need to do to Success 7D habits. Because Success is the result of repeated practice. 7D What is it? 1. DARE TO THINK POSITIVE. Successful people, not far from this habit. They always do it every time. So, Where ever you are, whatever the circumstances. Stay POSITIVE THINKING!
2. DARE TO HAVE A BIG DREAM. Have you written your big dreams in Dream your book? If not, do it before you go any further on the Habit. Dreams must be specific. 3. DARE TO MAKE A GOAL! Make your goals. What is the Goal in your life? What will you accomplish in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years to 25 years you? Remember 5 years from now definitely up. Quickly make your GOAL! 4. DARE TO MAKE PLANNING. Make your planning. Just like eating an elephant, if you eat directly where the fit. You need to cut it into small pieces and then eat it. And you need also a place to save the elephant, the DREAM BOOK! Planning is part of the Dream as well as your Goal. 5. DARE TO ACTION! Without action, your dreams just be dreams. Goal planning and you just become junk on your desk. So Take Action! 6. DARE TO THANK accustom. Gratitude is a part of life. With Gratitude will come no miracle in your life. With gratitude, will come much more ease. Start to get used to THANK! 7. DARE TO RECEIVE. Accept as if you’ve got what You Want from scratch. It’s not deceive ourselves or anything. But with the acceptance of natural law will work for you.
Hopefully Helpful!

Stop Resisting and Accept

By Michael Anthony Martin

Dealing with Difficult People... Stop Resisting and Accept
Stop Resisting and Accept
Learn to deal with the difficult people in your life by improving your communication skills, accessing additional resources, and knowing when it's time to just accept things as they are.
"We struggle to define ourselves from earth and vast blue sky
We open to explore ourselves unto the question why
Then we realize that hoping will not take us to our dreams
One step is just beginning
To accept life as it seems"
The difficult person in your life may never change but you can. Your challenge may be to stop resisting and to accept the person and situation as exactly as it is. What stands in your way is called resistance. It can be provoked in many different ways and for a variety of reasons. The first step to overcoming resistance is to be more aware, or conscious that we are actually resisting something, or in your case the difficult person or situation that has arisen.
One of the early signs of resistance is that we notice ourselves becoming more defensive. We put up an emotional wall to ideas, information, and even people. We can physically feel our stomach tighten and our blood pressure rise.
We may get flushed or red in the face. Our adrenaline kicks in and we have a strong urge to fight or flee. If this happens to you around your difficult person then you may be having a stroke or heart attack, but more likely you are experiencing resistance.
Just to be clear, resistance is much deeper than disagreeing. When we disagree we can sometimes become stressed or even angry, but we don't usually want to run away or beat the other person to a pulp. Resistance is always about us and never the other person. They may provoke the feelings inside of us but they cannot change us. That is completely up to us.
Where we most resist change is precisely where we must change. We need to recognize our resistance and then change ourselves or our attitudes to watch it recede. To do that we must be open and also find clarity around the situation. Then change.
There was a fairly bad science fiction program on television a couple of years ago that featured a group of man-machines called 'borgs' as the bad guys. Their mission was to take over the brains of humans and assimilate them into their cyborg consciousness. Once the 'borgs' got you it was over. Their slogan was "Resistance is futile".
So too with the resistance to change in real life. Accept the situation and the difficult people in your life and then go about the change you need to make inside of yourself in order to move forward. Resistance really is futile.

The Power of Belief To Transform Your Experience

By David Neagle

I just had a great conversation with a friend who was telling me about some business associates who have had a complete turn around on their dream.
A few months ago, they were enthusiastic and on fire for their future. Unfortunately, they didn't keep their mental doors locked... and something negative slipped in, and they dropped the pursuit of their dream.
All failure begins this way.
People may have high hopes, but when their perceived circumstances suggest a lesser outcome is more likely (perhaps via an unexpected obstacle), this perceived discrepancy becomes the initial seed of failure.
Being unaware of how this process destroys the dreams of countless people, they fall victim to its seduction.
Take a look at what happens and how this process works:
1. We all have two parts in our thinking: One is our dream or goal, and the second is the belief that it might not ever happen. This is where most people start out.
2. Next, something begins to spark or inspire a person to take action on their dream. (Yet, not having a full understanding of the Laws of Success, they are actually moving in the direction of their dream with a great deal of ignorance. Ignorance is not necessarily a bad thing, as long as a person stays open to what he/she must learn along the way. The problem is many individuals are not open to growth and change.)
3. Their subconscious manifests an obstacle to keep them from experiencing anything "new". This new challenge is perceived as a point of failure.
It is at this point in a person's journey where moving forward becomes too painful or fearful, and a person usually chooses to stay "safe". The truth, however, is that this is also the point where moving forward would allow a person to see the bigger win they are hoping for!
You see, YOUR beliefs control your perception of everything in your world, which in turn creates your reality. If you want to change your reality, you must use new information to change your beliefs AND your perception. Until you see things differently, you will continue to makes choices that keep you where you are. And eventually, you will give up on your dreams.
In other words, your experiences reflect your belief system. This means that if there is anything in your life you don't want to experience all you need to do to change "it" is to change the belief that caused "it" in the first place!
In theory, it's really simple... but in practice, many people find it difficult because they really don't understand all beliefs are nothing but illusions anyway. But these illusions are so strong people think that they are real when actually they are not.
The power of belief is astounding. I encourage you to study its mysteries for yourself and see what changes you truly do have the power to make.

Questions for Self-Improvement

By A McIntyre

You need to constantly question yourself if you want to improve. Questions guide your inner dialogue. They act as a guide for you to create inner and outer wealth living a life with emotional and financial freedom.
When we were still toddlers, we learn by asking questions. Sadly, when we became adults, some of us lost out ability to ask. Some deem asking as an activity only for childish individuals. Others simply neglect it because they are already satisfied with their current state. Ideally, we must never lose this ability. As long as we live, we need to ask questions. Some of these questions might have satisfying answers in the future; some might have not. BUT at least, you didn't maintain an idle mind.
We have come up with 3 questions for self-improvement. If you haven't asked yourself these questions yet, then start asking them now.
1.) Do I enjoy the things that I do?
You have to reflect on your current state. You have to make sure that you are enjoying the things that you have right now - work, relationships, and responsibilities. If there is one area in your life that seems boring, painful or monotonous to you, focus on that part. Reflect on the reason why you don't enjoy doing the things in that certain area. Strive to get out of these areas as soon as possible unless you want to live a miserable life.
2.) What is my real passion in life?
You enjoy doing what you do if it is your passion. For example, work seems so easy if you love the responsibilities that are included in it. When you enjoy what you do, you don't call it work anymore; you call it passion. People who choose not to pursue their passion live a life of misery most of the time.
3.) Do I always plan for my future?
It is not a sin to live in the present but it is a sin not to look forward to the future. Always think 5 to 10 years ahead. Think of things that you would like to achieve if you are allowed to live even for another decade. Create a list of what you would like to do and fulfill them one by one.
You can't find inspiration if you are just contented with your current state. You need to stand up and push yourself to your limit. The power of questions is inexhaustible. Famous success coach Anthony Robbins once said "quality questions create a quality life." You must put these questions in front of you in order to drive you to your goals, be rooted in your capabilities, and change your overall perception of yourself.

Change: Friend or Enemy?

By Kac Young

In life, something is always happening isn't it? Change, chosen or thrust upon us, is our constant companion - whether we like it or not.
When we are faced with making changes in our life - whether they are physical, spiritual or mental - it helps to ask ourselves the Twelve Top Questions For Change in order to sort out our thinking, make the most of the change impulse and prevent regrets like "What was I thinking?" Like tattoos, some changes are very permanent. We are well advised to consider the outcome before making a drastic move. Ask yourself:
Why am I really making this change?
Is my desire to make a change rooted in positive motives?
What does the new outcome, or result, look like to me?
How will it affect, or alter, my life as it is now?
How will it affect those closest to me?
How committed am I to the change?
How long will it take to make the change?
What are the biggest obstacles to making this change?
Who will support me the most in the process of change?
How much will this change cost? Really can I support it financially?
How can protect myself against naysayers and temptations that may sidetrack me?
When am I willing to begin?
If we ask ourselves those questions, and are honest about the answers, we will most likely be successful at making the change. If we discover, by asking the questions, that we have questionable responses, we might want to ask for outside advice, rethink the issues, or put the change "on hold" for a month while we get to the root of the issue.
If you are confident in your motives, by all means, step out and make the change. Invigorate your life with the excitement of all that is new. Fresh beginnings, enhanced experience, challenges, goal raising, health improvement - all of these are great incentives to keep you motivated while making a life-change. Go for it. Refresh your mind, body and soul with inspiration, courage and daring. Life will become exhilarating. Pass along your enthusiasm and encourage others to make change a friend and not a foe.
If you hit a bump, don't worry. Go back to the Twelve Top Questions For Change, refresh your rationale and renew your determination to make the change. By repeating this exercise often it will help you through the challenging moments and keep you motivated and moving forward.

Is There An Easy Way To Manifest Anything?

By Trevor Johnson

If you're a follower of the law of attraction, you'll know that movies like The Secret make out that you can manifest near enough anything you want just by getting into the right vibration. But is that true? And, if it is, how on earth do you put it into practice? Here are some ideas for an easy way to manifest anything you want.
1. Have a clear idea of the end result
This is probably the most important step in the whole manifestation process.
If your idea of what you want is foggy or otherwise unclear, you're putting blocks in the way of the manifestation process. Maybe not insurmountable blocks (attraction is a really strong force) but definitely ones that will impede your path.
So spend a bit of time getting what you want to manifest crystal clear in your mind. Then hone the idea further over the following days. And revisit it in a week or two just to make sure that what you thought you wanted is indeed what you want.
Because quite a lot of the time our ideas shift over time but we're still headed for the old destination through force of habit.
2. Keep your focus
Not constantly, obviously, because there are countless other things going on in your life. But definitely don't let whatever it is you're trying to manifest fade from view.
An easy way to do this is to set up triggers or reminders to keep your focus on track.
These don't have to be complicated - if you've got a reminder system on your cell phone, all you need to do is set up a reminder each week (or day or whatever) and the device will bleep at you. Even if you just press the confirm button, that will be enough to send the trigger through to your subconscious mind because you've got to be conscious at some level about whatever you've just confirmed.
Other easy reminders are computer screen savers - and the one you can set on your mobile phone if you've got a friendly teenager at hand to show you how to do that. Plus printouts, Post It notes and anything else you can use to prompt your mind to keep on track until your manifestation process is complete.
3. Minimize distractions
You know the feeling on this - something else comes along and takes up most of your spare time, to the exclusion of the things you'd really like to be working on. And the procrastination part of you goes along with this and helps you focus on the distractions rather than follow the course you originally planned.
The field of human endevor is littered with this kind of event.

6 Important Questions That Can Improve Your Life Quality

By Rolf Trondhjem

Financial pressures can induce stress-related illness, impact your study performance and productivity and restrict your chances to build career shifts.
As a fact:
* 35-40% out of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.
* Financial trouble is the #1 cause of divorce
* Workers rated personal finance as the #1 root of stress
* 4 out of 10 Americans say they live beyond their means (Strong Employee Assistance Program, 2007)
With all this in mind:
* Would you like to make more money?
* Have you tried to shift your mental attitude in order to achieve financial security?
* Would you wish to save yourself from latent divorcement?
* Do you have the talent and drive, but find things merely don't seem to go your way of life?
* Have you tested other programs for making money only to be frustrated?
* Are you up for a programme to help assist your financial abundance that genuinely works?
If you answered yes to one or more of the above questions, you are open to unlock your right power to get all you prefer with The Sedona Method.
Did you ever noticed that two people with the identical background and education, in the same area, often perform very differently? Why?
Because of their mental attitude. Our feelings produce our thoughts, and our thoughts either place us into action or forbid us from acting.
Our feelings set our own draft for prosperity. See, hear and experience your negativism fade away on the spot.
When you perceive you are being held back by your negative thinking, whether in paying off your bills, negociate a deal, planning your financial goals or in making the steps to attain them, simply ask yourself the easy-to-learn and easy-to-remember queries that make up The Sedona Method.
You will feel the constriction leaving your stomach, shoulders and chest. In its situation, you will feel confidence, relaxation and clearness. You will no longer feel destructive, upset or out of control. You will feel more relaxed and fit to manage whatsoever life throws at you more easy.
The disturbance of your mind will subside, and you will have the clarity of mind to say and do what is appropriate and unaffected in order to control any life situation.
You will have a certain mental attitude without any attempt, thereby creating abundance emotionally and physically. You don't have to struggle to keep a beneficial mental attitude any longer. Although applying affirmations, subliminals and motivation do seem to work in helping you proceed in the direction of thinking more positively, you will see there is a greater way, called The Sedona Method.
The Sedona Method is based on the premiss that we do not have to program self-confident thinking. All we need to do is to release our normal positive nature. Let's analyze the options to exploiting your positive thinking power:
I. You can affirm the positive. Practicing positive thinking sentences involves a sizeable, continual effort to remember and repeat the exact positive words over and over again. It is also only layering positive thoughts on top of the existing negative ones, which clogs up your brain with a lot of needless extra noise.
II. Subliminal programming. Although it may seem simple just to plop in a subliminal tape and make it reprogram your unconscious, practising this comes with risks. Firstly, if you buy pre-made subliminal tapes, you actually don't know what is in the subliminal messages. You are at the mercy of the people who made the tape recording and their consciousness. Not only that, this form actually only layers supposedly "positive" thinking on top of the existing negative thoughts, which only clogs your brain with a bunch of unneeded extra disturbance.
III. Motivation. Have you ever gotten really pumped up by some motivational presentation only to have it wear off in hours or, at the most, days later? Motivation works merely while you are being motivated. It too makes you based on someone or something outside of yourself to retain you motivated. Even self-motivation only temporarily overrides the existing negative.
IV. Your solution to pure positive thinking power and attaining financial security: The Sedona Method.
The scientifically tested Sedona Method is an elegant, easy-to-learn, do-it-yourself system that will teach you how to tap your normal ability to let go of any devastating thought or feeling on the spot.
It can be used in life to achieve blistering relief from the effects of negative thinking whenever it's keeping you back from performing at your greatest.
The Sedona Method supports you to easily stop the patterns of thought and behavior that stimulate your self-sabotage to reoccur and prevent you from getting what you want, including financial safety.
The Sedona Method also contains several really powerful instruments for making decisions and accomplishing goals. As you practice your natural power to release, you'll create a strong, positive psychical posture that will serve you succeed where others might fail, even in today's rapidly changing economic times.
Will The Sedona Method work for You?
As you use the Method, you will discover over time that the real situations and experiences that you used to find the most exhausting or disturbing will get less and less so, until you may even forget that you used to have those sorts of experiences.

Law Of Attraction: Attract The Right Relationships

By Wenny Yap

We are all in relationships as parents, children, spouses, lovers, friends, colleagues, acquaintances, business associates and so forth. These are the examples of the human relationships that influence our daily existence beginning from the day we're born up to the day when our time on earth is up. Consciously or unconsciously, it is the law of attraction at work. These relationships are unique
connections that come into being through a force of the universe that draws everyone into each other's paths.
The Law of Attraction works on the fundamental principle that everyone is an energy form and that our thoughts are the frequencies that attracts similar energies into our lives. The vibrancy of our energies will continuously dictate the healthy and satisfying connections that affect our relationships with everyone around us. When relationships are distressed or dysfunctional, we will be less happy and less productive. On the other hand, when our relationships are progressive and fruitful, we will be healthy, lively and effective.
The saying that 'birds of a feather flocks together' is indeed an accurate description of what the Law of Attraction continually advocates. 'Like attracts like' and this means the state of our energies attracts similar energies. Studies have indicated that people are more likely to be attracted to counterparts who share similar attitudes, characteristics and life goals. Cheerful people have positive energies and like to be around cheerful people. However, it is not that negative people likes being around negative people but more so because of their negativity towards their surroundings that they are more likely to attract the same. Happy cheerful people instinctively avoid interactions with people and situations that are perceived to be unfavorable to their wellbeing and goals.
The state of our relationships with the people we love and care or the people who are new in our lives rests in ourselves. It would be great if it can be as easy as turning on a light-switch to attract the beautiful relationships and black-out the ugly ones but nope, it isn't so. As long we know what type of relationship we want, we have to put in some efforts. First and foremost, let's start to free ourselves from our old limiting thought patterns that inhibit our progress. Our desired result may not be instantaneous but the journey will definitely bring a lot of relative results before we reach our goal.
So, what type of relationships do we want in our lives? Given the understanding how the law of attraction works will make it easier for us to do what is necessary to attract the right relationships.
"Man is a knot into which relationships are tied." ~Antoine de Saint-Exupéry [Flight to Arras, 1942]
