7D That Change Your Life

On one occasion, there is a client of mine asked via email. Here’s the contents of his email: “Good morning, I want to ask can? Regard, I would ask what the secret to success?”
Answer: Secrets of Success? There are no secrets to success. And I never keep it secret. My mentors were never kept secret. To be sure, you need to do to Success 7D habits. Because Success is the result of repeated practice. 7D What is it? 1. DARE TO THINK POSITIVE. Successful people, not far from this habit. They always do it every time. So, Where ever you are, whatever the circumstances. Stay POSITIVE THINKING!
2. DARE TO HAVE A BIG DREAM. Have you written your big dreams in Dream your book? If not, do it before you go any further on the Habit. Dreams must be specific. 3. DARE TO MAKE A GOAL! Make your goals. What is the Goal in your life? What will you accomplish in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years to 25 years you? Remember 5 years from now definitely up. Quickly make your GOAL! 4. DARE TO MAKE PLANNING. Make your planning. Just like eating an elephant, if you eat directly where the fit. You need to cut it into small pieces and then eat it. And you need also a place to save the elephant, the DREAM BOOK! Planning is part of the Dream as well as your Goal. 5. DARE TO ACTION! Without action, your dreams just be dreams. Goal planning and you just become junk on your desk. So Take Action! 6. DARE TO THANK accustom. Gratitude is a part of life. With Gratitude will come no miracle in your life. With gratitude, will come much more ease. Start to get used to THANK! 7. DARE TO RECEIVE. Accept as if you’ve got what You Want from scratch. It’s not deceive ourselves or anything. But with the acceptance of natural law will work for you.
Hopefully Helpful!

Is There An Easy Way To Manifest Anything?

By Trevor Johnson

If you're a follower of the law of attraction, you'll know that movies like The Secret make out that you can manifest near enough anything you want just by getting into the right vibration. But is that true? And, if it is, how on earth do you put it into practice? Here are some ideas for an easy way to manifest anything you want.
1. Have a clear idea of the end result
This is probably the most important step in the whole manifestation process.
If your idea of what you want is foggy or otherwise unclear, you're putting blocks in the way of the manifestation process. Maybe not insurmountable blocks (attraction is a really strong force) but definitely ones that will impede your path.
So spend a bit of time getting what you want to manifest crystal clear in your mind. Then hone the idea further over the following days. And revisit it in a week or two just to make sure that what you thought you wanted is indeed what you want.
Because quite a lot of the time our ideas shift over time but we're still headed for the old destination through force of habit.
2. Keep your focus
Not constantly, obviously, because there are countless other things going on in your life. But definitely don't let whatever it is you're trying to manifest fade from view.
An easy way to do this is to set up triggers or reminders to keep your focus on track.
These don't have to be complicated - if you've got a reminder system on your cell phone, all you need to do is set up a reminder each week (or day or whatever) and the device will bleep at you. Even if you just press the confirm button, that will be enough to send the trigger through to your subconscious mind because you've got to be conscious at some level about whatever you've just confirmed.
Other easy reminders are computer screen savers - and the one you can set on your mobile phone if you've got a friendly teenager at hand to show you how to do that. Plus printouts, Post It notes and anything else you can use to prompt your mind to keep on track until your manifestation process is complete.
3. Minimize distractions
You know the feeling on this - something else comes along and takes up most of your spare time, to the exclusion of the things you'd really like to be working on. And the procrastination part of you goes along with this and helps you focus on the distractions rather than follow the course you originally planned.
The field of human endevor is littered with this kind of event.

Manifesting Is a Partnership

By Nancy Stremmel

The ego is always looking for gain. The spirit is a state of being looking for a state of being.
Mike Dooley suggests that when manifesting, we go for a feeling that we desire rather than for a bunch of stuff. This is exactly why his manifesting works well. Manifesting a feeling is something the spirit can understand and a prayer that can be forwarded directly to super conscious mind without interpretation.
I often see people looking for money, and if they listen to Napoleon Hill, or some of the other LOA teachers, they might be asking for specific amounts. I have not found this to be helpful. I did the budget. No cash fell from the sky.
I have never failed at asking for a house by the sea. It didn't really matter, how pathetic my economic situation was at the time. And, when I was a child/teenager, I was always able to go to any sailing event I chose, with a boat, a crew and a car. Sometimes these things are given to me, sometimes they are loaned indefinitely and sometimes they are given to me at such a low price that it is almost a gift.
Yet, I am not that great at manifesting abundant money, especially specific money. I have never been evicted though. Somehow, the money that I really need is always available when I need it. I have become relaxed and trusting about this. I do my job which is to be happy and fair and to bring as much hope, love and trust into the world as I can, and the Universe gives me the safety and security that I need to be able to do this work.
It's a partnership.
I love the Universe/Source/One, and my life. I have a great boss, work with a good team and have a great partner. Sometimes bad things happen in my life, but they always, always, always turn out to be good. Or, there are those life events such as the death of a family member, or an old friend, or a pet, which are not good or bad, but simply part of life.
Sometimes I have to negotiate for what I want. The thing that I want is peace of mind or a feeling of team work. I always do Ho'oponopono first, and I always get what I have asked for. - Always. I am ever grateful and delighted and surprised.

Why Tai Chi Chuan Is The Ultimate Art of Manifesting

By Loretta M Wollering

Ancient China is filled with tales of Taoist adepts who had miraculous powers. While some of these old stories seem far-fetched to the modern mind, and some may indeed be generously embellished, there lie kernels of truth within the pulp. One such popular Taoist practice that has made headway into our modern world is the art of tai chi chuan (note that this is also spelled "taijiquan" in pinyin romanization).
Millions worldwide use this sophisticated, yet simple practice as a holistic health activity, and some use it as a martial arts discipline. No matter for which one you use it, it helps to cultivate the human's least-developed sense of our "five senses" - the sense of "touch." Actually, not the sense of touch as that limited to reflex-level pressure, pain or temperature; instead, it develops our kinesthetic and proprioceptive capacities. "Kinesthetic" refers to keen awareness of the position and movement of your body, and "proprioceptive" refers to the awareness of the stimuli in your body and your environment, and what you do with that sensory information. Engaging in a meditiative, dedicated and consistent practice of tai chi helps take these rather weak "touch" senses and vitalizes them into powerhouse skills. These invigorated skills are thought to be the bridge to heightened powers of intuition and manifestation.
While this may sound a little "far out," please allow me to illustrate why this is actually quite rational. Let's consider the following fact. Our mind determines how we feel and how we move our body. That right there is a perfect example of using your mind to manifest something in the physical world. The interface to the physical world is your body. Before you physically manifest getting up out of your chair to walk over to the door, you must first intend it in our mind. Your mind then creates a game plan - in a split second - of how you will play this out. Which leg, which arm you will move, which direction you will go... all of this was laid out in a mental blueprint (the non-physical aspect of yourself) before it even got to your muscles (the physical aspect of yourself). The event manifests in your mind instantly, but it takes at least several seconds or minutes before your body can fully play out the entire event in the physical world. There is a lag time between the mental blueprint and the physical manifestation of that blueprint.
"Manifestation" is a hot topic in today's self-development literature. Not too long ago, it was relegated to the backseat of science - belonging more to the realm of metaphysics and new age studies. However, as our knowledge of the mind/body connection matures, we can see how something as the example above is simply a mundane example of the art of manifestation.
At a higher level, experts mention that how you focus your mind and how strongly and efficiently you do so will lead you to carry out actions that increase your opportunities for your manifested intent to occur in the physical world. You'll also attract very supportive energies to you. Traditional tai chi offers special training techniques that laser-focus your mind with synchronous movements of your body. That's why throughout the centuries, those who practice these tai chi techniques have exhibited amazing skill and longevity, along with a higher quality of life. They were engaging in a turbo-charges practice of manifestation.
This is the little secret that so few tai chi practitioners don't use, however. They don't realize that they can take a lot of tai chi's mind and energy techniques and apply them for manifesting a situation in their life to occur. The way to do this is to focus on developing the "yi," or "spirit intent," as it is roughly translated from Chinese.
The problem is that most people get overly attached to memorizing tai chi's movements and physical techniques instead of putting in the effort to suffuse those movements with strong meditative "yi." When folks understand and use yi, they start manifesting the energetic aspects of tai chi deeper. These energetic aspects include: stronger "qi" life-fore (vitality), wisdom, heightened artistic or problem-solving skills, inner peace, and spiritual wisdom. Those energies become heightened beyond that of the average person.
So if "manifesting" works for average folks, just imagine what can be accomplished if you use tai chi to develop your energy. The biggest problem is getting yourself to stay committed to the disciplined meditation and "qi" training of traditional tai chi. If you can make that the priority over just memorizing some physical skills and movements, you will then possess turbo-charged manifesting skills. Then, follow any book or program about manifesting or the law of attraction, and meticulously apply your newfound abilities there. Put in a little consistent effort, and fasten your seatbelt - you're in for the ride of your life!

How to FEEL Your Affirmations and Unleash Their True Power

By James Baty

Affirmations are a key component of implementing the Law of Attraction correctly. They empower the mind to project a positive wave length. Positive projection encourages both action and reception. Sometimes, people use affirmations and still see or feel no change. Many times this is because the affirmations are not felt. Here are some techniques to help you feel your affirmations.
1.Understand the Power of Emotions
It is one thing to simply think something with some sort of reaction like, "Man, that sure would be nice to have some day." However, the universe will not respond to such a thought. Have you ever noticed that how you or another person feels can have a dramatic impact on your day, week, or even life? This is especially true when that person is of great importance to you, like a spouse, or someone you have a lot of exposure to, like a coworker. If you are around somebody who is feeling happy, you are more likely to feel happy. If you are around somebody who is feeling down, you will probably feel down.
This is because feelings resonate much stronger than thought. What I just said may be one of the most IMPORTANT aspects of the Law of Attraction. So, using deduction, if feeling is more powerful than thought, then one must feel their desires in order for them to be achieved.
2. Use Your Emotion to Fuel Action
In the end, the Law of Attraction is about action. You must actively think, do, and feel what you want. continuing to take action at each new progressive step to reach your goals. Here is a simple exercise. Think about your dream car, not science fiction dream car (of course twin ion engines would be nice), but a car that you want right now. First, just think of the car. You may have a picture in your head or maybe a vision of when that car passed you by on the road. Take note that you are probably feeling something very passive right now. Maybe your feelings are along the line of empathy, you like the car but know it is isn't practical, so you shrug it off. Perhaps you feel envious of those who have the car. Envy is often followed by feelings of negativity regarding your own self-worth and success.
This is what you have to do in your affirmations. You must create feelings of success, wealth, and love. Then, associate those specific feelings with specific affirmations. At the core of human existence lies experience. We pursue and avoid certain experiences based on the feelings they produce. You will be much more likely to take action and to resonate your true desires out to the universe if you truly feel your affirmations. The universe is waiting to give you what you want, all you have to do is truly figure out what that is and go after it; mind, body, and spirit.

The Law of Attraction and the Six Principles for Success

By Manuel Karkafiris

Our emotions play a pivotal role in not only in the way we feel, but they are a good indication of the results that we can expect in our life. This means that when we consistently follow principle emotions in our life, we increase the probability of success.
The following summary of the six principles for success indicate how we can attract more good in our life, which ultimately leads to better health, more prosperity and outstanding relationships.
1. LOVE: it is important that you love and accept yourself. If you do not accept yourself with love, then how are you going to love someone else? When you start to appreciate yourself, you in turn start to appreciate others.
No comparisons to others, either! This is a fruitless exercise, for you are unique. Has there ever been anyone else like you, will there ever be anyone else like you? That consideration alone, you need to love.
2. GRATITUDE: Gratitude is a powerful energy, so by you expressing a grateful attitude towards what you have in your life, you are locking into the attraction of abundance in your life. Gratitude can be likened to gravity: you throw it up; it comes back down to you. You get more of what you are grateful about. You need to express it.
3. FORGIVENESS: The first step in this process is to FORGIVE YOURSELF FIRST. The act of unforgiveness can be likened to you carrying around a heavy sack of rocks on your back. It basically means that you are carrying around more baggage than is healthy. The key to fulfillment in life is to release the baggage and walk free!
An effective way of achieving forgiveness is by the act of writing a letter to those you wish to release from your mind and body. (Please note that you DO NOT have to send the letter- it is the intention of experiencing the emotional release.) The idea is to do this quickly, unconsciously, without forethought. You are training your mind to let the unresolved resentment go.
The aim is to bring out the negative associations beginning with anger, sadness, fear and hurt until you can climb the ladder of emotion to love.
Begin the letter with "I am angry that..." and let your letter flow where it may, making sure that you cover all the relevant points. The ultimate aim is to allow yourself the gift of liberation so that you may live your life in peace.
Should the act of forgiveness of others prove difficult to you, it would pay to keep in mind a crucial consideration. Just because that person was in a bad state before, it does not mean he/she will always be in such a state. This alone will assist in your act of forgiveness. There is no such thing as an unresourceful person, only unresourceful thoughts. It was that person's thoughts at that time that made him/her to act in the way that has lead to your needing to forgive them.
4. CONTRIBUTION/GIVING. As in the case in forgiveness, it is essential for you to contribute to yourself first. You can do this by rewarding yourself whenever you have achieved something worthwhile.
When it comes to contributing to others, you will discover that in the act of giving, you have a variety of gifts at your disposal. You can contribute your time, love and knowledge, in fact anything that serves to enrich the lives of others.
The process by which the Universe works is known as the law of reciprocation. If you give to someone, that person will want to give something back to you and so the continuum proceeds.
The key point to remember about the act of contribution is:
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING, YOU NEED TO CONTRIBUTE IT FIRST.
If, for example, you want more love in your life, you need to give love first. The same principle applies to money. Contribution is energy, it has a rebounding effect.
5. ACCESSING PEACE: When you are at peace with yourself, you are actually at your highest connectedness to the Universe and in the state of highest creativity. It is therefore essential to engage in activities that engender peace. Meditation. Fasting. Being close to nature. Detoxifying/cleansing your body. Prayer.
Meditation is vital for accessing peace.Sit silently, ponder and mentally ask questions and the answers that are already there will come to you. You just need to take that first step.
6. FAITH: Faith overcomes fear. Faith and fear are mutually exclusive. Like oil and water, they simply don't mix.
The fact is, that you practice faith on a daily basis. You have faith that your car and your driving skills will get you from A to B, or that the bus driver will deliver you safely to your destination. The key is to actively practice faith in your life. Remember: you will see it when you believe it!
Begin to visualise your life's goal and emotionalise it. Have faith in its manifestation and take the necessary action to bring it into your life.

Creating Luck for Yourself - How to Become a Lucky Person

By Trevor Johnson

Sometimes it seems that being lucky is something that's reserved for other people. But actually it's remarkably simple to create luck for yourself. You just need to know the tricks that will help you to become a lucky person.
1. You get what you focus on
This is effectively what the law of attraction states (albeit in a slightly different way) but it applies to all aspects of our life and that includes being lucky.
If your focus is constantly telling you that you're unlucky, that's precisely what you will get. But when you turn your focus around and start to tell yourself that you're one of the luckiest people you know, prepare to be amazed at how well this turns round your fortunes!
2. Expect to win
Expectation forms a very big part of our lives. If we expect that personal thunderstorm to follow us around, day in, day out, then that's probably what will happen.
But if your expectation is that you're going to win, that small shift in attitude gives you an edge over other people.
So expect to win and tell that nasty nagging voice in your head that you're not going to listen to its constant naysaying.
3. Develop your intuition
Much like Gibbs in NCIS listens to his gut - that's another name for intuition.
This doesn't mean that you have to be constantly living by your intuition to the exclusion of everything else around you. But it does mean that you need to start paying more attention to those small signals that can make a really big difference in your life, including how lucky you are.
4. Every cloud has a silver lining - make it your job to find it!
That well worn phrase has a lot of truth in it.
And by talking about clouds, we've come back to that personal thunderstorm that you used to have following you but - now that you're becoming a brighter person - is much closer to a small, pretty, fluffy cloud that brightens up a summers day.
Make a point to hunt down and find the silver lining in any cloud. It's there. All you have to do is dig deep enough and you'll find it.
Plus there's some extra good news - it's often very close to the surface, so there's rarely much digging involved.
5. Develop your own force field
You don't have to be Luke Skywalker to be able to use this force.
Just develop your reactions so that any negative - unlucky - remarks and situations are like the proverbial water off a ducks back.
This takes a bit of time but is great when you start to perfect it. Developing your own force field can literally turn your luck around.
6. Stop being a stick in the mud
Quite often we're less lucky than we should be because we've developed habits that constrain us and stop us from even bumping into the things that can make us lucky.

Be Great

By Lance Winslow

Are you one who wants to make a dent in the world? Really do something great with your life? Do you want to be someone that people say "leads by example" and truly have earned that observation by your fellow man and peers? Well, then, you can you know, but you have to affirm that you "will" to do whatever it takes, that you will live your life that way, and that you will be great, by believing in yourself, your cause, and the future. You have to affirm that you will make it happen in the present and future. Will you "will" yourself to do that, if so "affirm it" and mean it. How can you do this you ask?
Well, do this for me; look into your mirror, into your eyes, and say it, say it like you mean it, and believe it. You will transform yourself into the person you wish to be. Affirm action, and the attributes you wish to possess, become one with your vision, your goals, and then inevitably with your future accomplishments and achievements. Anyone can affirm anything, but it's those who believe who ultimately achieve - it's those who want it, go out and get it, and affirm in advance of their activities, as they accelerate towards their affirmations.
Being Great is not putting up a sign on your Facebook Page - look at me, I'm great, and I suppose if that makes you happy it's all good, but you can do better than that. You might put up your goals for the future, so you can have witnesses who help you pursue those dreams and ambitions in life, that can certainly help, but more importantly you must have strength from within, you must be dedicated to the cause, and commit yourself to future victory, and achievement, and yes, that will take some strong affirmations on your part.
Strip your mind of intimidation of the tasks ahead, affirm that you will meet any challenge, conquer any hardship, and deny any detractors along the way. Affirm that you will get up, dust yourself off, and do it again, and again, and again, if that's what it takes, and if your goals are lofty, it surely will take all that and more.
How would I know this?
How do you think?
Yes, it's going to take some strong affirmations, continued inner support, mental toughness, and if you can do that, your body will follow, it will follow you to hell and back, I am certain of that. Just remember if you have to go through that place to get to where you are going, then once you do get going don't stop, keep on going and never give up.
Be Great!

Can You Get Rich Just by Reading a Book?

By David H Wise

I personally know people who got rich and started out from zero. Reading books about getting financially independent had helped them a lot. But you won't get rich just by reading a book (unless you win the lottery or something). I think that there are 3 golden rules to follow, if you want to make it to the top.
Rule #1: define your goals, make a plan and take action
Did you know that the majority of people, who buy book, just read the first pages and then put the book away on their bookshelves? It sounds illogical, but that's the truth. Where did the motivation go? Or was there even a motivation?
You want to get rich? Why? Unfortunately most people, who would like to earn more money, they do not know why.
These books are just the tools, which can help you to achieve your goals. But first you have to know how much money do you want to earn and why do you need that amount. This is the very first step to take. And all financial experts agree on this.
Once you defined your goals, you have to make a plan and take action. This is where these books can help you a lot. Follow the instructions exactly as they say, and you will have less trouble as you normally would have.
Don't just read! Act! You won't get rich just by reading a book. You have to action.
Rule #2: be persistent
The problem with getting rich is that you have to do a lot of work as you start out. And most people will quit. Getting rich is not for the lazy people. I think that Tony Robbins used to say, that "what people are capable of is unbelievable and what they are actually do accomplish is disappointing".
The difference between those, who make it and those, who do not, is persistence. The winners win by not giving up. Remember Thomas Edison? He made one thousand attempts, before he invented the light ball. He persisted and succeeded. He was winner.
You win by achieving your goals. Those, who wrote these books, had done the same thing.
Rule #3: read the right books
I think that there are thousands of books out there about getting rich. Go visit Amazon and you'll see what I mean. With so many experts in this area, how can someone tell which of these books are worth reading it?
The answer is actually very simple: read what is working. Here is what I mean by that: read books written by people who already succeeded in their financial life or read books recommended by people you know, who already succeeded financially too. What better proof can you have, than living examples?

Let Your Strength Work for You

By Girijesh Pathak

Each student has some strength and weakness. It is a common advise available to everyone that he should try to overcome his weaknesses. This shifts the focus towards weaknesses and in certain situations doesn't allow the strength to work.
It depends on the kind of examinations a student is taking. There are examinations in which lakhs of students score over 90% marks. Do such tests test the strengths of the students or weaknesses? It is basically a pressure situation in which a student has to built a capability of answering questions in a pre-decided way. If he does, he scores irrespective of whether he knows the concept or not. He gets high marks but how does it help him? High marks can be helpful only in getting admission in next course where admission is based on marks. Leave aside the marks and you find that these students in order to get high marks have build such capabilities that may not be of much help in getting success in subsequent phases of life. Mere a surface level knowledge on all the topics in the structured way provided by the system is good enough to score 90%. This habit of living with surface level knowledge and not learning to go deeper becomes a bottleneck in getting overall success at later stage.
Majority of the examinations in India that open the door of great career are low scoring. Whether it is IIT-JEE or CAT or Civil services examination, in all such examinations it is seen that about 50% aggregate marks is good enough to get a good rank. Such tests try to test the depth of understanding of various concepts in the student. It penetrates to such level that it is not easy to have such in-depth understanding in all the topics in the syllabus. It is not expected too. But, if a person follows the advise of working hard on the weaknesses, he gets into a trap. He is not able to go sufficiently deep on his strong topics to be able to score in such examinations. Also, he is not able to do much from his weak areas. It is seen that lakhs of students regularly scoring over 90% in their school and college examinations fail to score even 20-25% in examinations like IIT-JEE. That too after coaching from highly reputed places.
Hence, it is very important to work on own strengths and allow them to work for you. Shifting the focus from weaknesses to strengths works wonders. And it makes the preparation enjoying too.

6 Important Questions That Can Improve Your Life Quality

By Rolf Trondhjem

Financial pressures can induce stress-related illness, impact your study performance and productivity and restrict your chances to build career shifts.
As a fact:
* 35-40% out of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.
* Financial trouble is the #1 cause of divorce
* Workers rated personal finance as the #1 root of stress
* 4 out of 10 Americans say they live beyond their means (Strong Employee Assistance Program, 2007)
With all this in mind:
* Would you like to make more money?
* Have you tried to shift your mental attitude in order to achieve financial security?
* Would you wish to save yourself from latent divorcement?
* Do you have the talent and drive, but find things merely don't seem to go your way of life?
* Have you tested other programs for making money only to be frustrated?
* Are you up for a programme to help assist your financial abundance that genuinely works?
If you answered yes to one or more of the above questions, you are open to unlock your right power to get all you prefer with The Sedona Method.
Did you ever noticed that two people with the identical background and education, in the same area, often perform very differently? Why?
Because of their mental attitude. Our feelings produce our thoughts, and our thoughts either place us into action or forbid us from acting.
Our feelings set our own draft for prosperity. See, hear and experience your negativism fade away on the spot.
When you perceive you are being held back by your negative thinking, whether in paying off your bills, negociate a deal, planning your financial goals or in making the steps to attain them, simply ask yourself the easy-to-learn and easy-to-remember queries that make up The Sedona Method.
You will feel the constriction leaving your stomach, shoulders and chest. In its situation, you will feel confidence, relaxation and clearness. You will no longer feel destructive, upset or out of control. You will feel more relaxed and fit to manage whatsoever life throws at you more easy.
The disturbance of your mind will subside, and you will have the clarity of mind to say and do what is appropriate and unaffected in order to control any life situation.
You will have a certain mental attitude without any attempt, thereby creating abundance emotionally and physically. You don't have to struggle to keep a beneficial mental attitude any longer. Although applying affirmations, subliminals and motivation do seem to work in helping you proceed in the direction of thinking more positively, you will see there is a greater way, called The Sedona Method.
The Sedona Method is based on the premiss that we do not have to program self-confident thinking. All we need to do is to release our normal positive nature. Let's analyze the options to exploiting your positive thinking power:
I. You can affirm the positive. Practicing positive thinking sentences involves a sizeable, continual effort to remember and repeat the exact positive words over and over again. It is also only layering positive thoughts on top of the existing negative ones, which clogs up your brain with a lot of needless extra noise.
II. Subliminal programming. Although it may seem simple just to plop in a subliminal tape and make it reprogram your unconscious, practising this comes with risks. Firstly, if you buy pre-made subliminal tapes, you actually don't know what is in the subliminal messages. You are at the mercy of the people who made the tape recording and their consciousness. Not only that, this form actually only layers supposedly "positive" thinking on top of the existing negative thoughts, which only clogs your brain with a bunch of unneeded extra disturbance.
III. Motivation. Have you ever gotten really pumped up by some motivational presentation only to have it wear off in hours or, at the most, days later? Motivation works merely while you are being motivated. It too makes you based on someone or something outside of yourself to retain you motivated. 30 Second Present Moment Exercise

By Beth Cuje

OUR FOUR CAR TRAIN
Our body, emotions, mind, and will, are like train cars. When one car goes off the track, the other three jump the track also.
Do you want a simple, but effective way to keep your self "on track?"
The secret rests with how you manage your body (stress), emotions, mind, and will/desires.
It's fair to say that a great challenge in life is learning to manage the reactions of the four parts of us so that we stay aware and present to the moment--mindful.
Imagine executing, at regular intervals during the day, a 30 second exercise where you are reminded to bring your mind to the present moment and relax.
SOME EXAMPLES
- You're at a business meeting and you remember to be present, so you take 30 seconds to scan your body, discovering that your jaw is tight and your mind is racing because soon it will be your turn to speak... so you take three deep breaths and relax your jaw, neck, and shoulders. In this case, you manage your body and get all your "cars" back on track
Or, it is breakfast time. You are eating your toast and feeling anxious about your teenager who broke curfew last night. Right then you are reminded to come back to the present moment. So you stop, label what your emotions (fear and anger) and spend the next 30 seconds breathing and relaxing your body. In this example, instead of going off the track with anxiety and anger, you interrupt that negative emotion, let go of it and shift to a more productive way of handling the situation.
- While you're talking to a friend, you remind yourself to take some slow breaths, quiet your mind, and stop your thinking about the time you have to get back home. Instead, and you're prompted to just listen to him/her. What do you think will happen? What do you think will change within and outside yourself? For sure, you will be more intimate and available with this friend.
-Your partner is criticizing you. You want to get away and avoid an argument at any cost. Instead, you take some deep breaths and remind yourself to speak the truth with kindness.Your desire to resolve the problem is greater than your need to be right. Quietly you ask him or her to listen to your side of the story.
IT'S NOT ALWAYS EASY TO DO
It is probably hard to do this 30-second exercise every minute of the day; however, doing it every hour may not be farfetched.
Is this too much? Can you take 30 seconds to scan yourself and bring your mind back to the moment you are presently living and experiencing?
It is true that sometimes things come at us so fast and furious they cannot be easily managed. However, we have nothing to lose and everything to gain if we train ourselves to manage our body, emotions, mind, and desires well.
SOME TIPS
Here are some tips to help you get the best out of every 30-second exercise:
- Body: Pay attention to your posture and if there is tension somewhere. Use slow deep breaths to manage your tensions
- Emotions: Identify if you are angry, sad, frustrated, happy, calm, stressed, etc. Research shows that just labeling the an emotions takes away some of its power.
- Thoughts: Recognize that you are stewing, rehashing, or making up hurtful ideas and pictures in your mind. Are you dwelling in the past or lost in the future? Use this as a cue to look for possibilities options, and strengths instead.
- Will/Desires: Where are you? Are you trying inappropriately to avoid or control a person, thing, or problem? Here's hint. Looking for the truth of the situation with compassion for yourself and others will always make things better in the long run..
After checking these 4 things, take a deep breath. You're done. Remember, if you get one train car back on track the other three will get on track, too.
No one can force you to do this exercise; there is no sense in that. You must set an intention to do it for a day, every hour of that day, to see what happens... believe me, it is worth it!

3 Steps to Tracking Your Dreams Successfully

By Rochelle Holloman

Do you forget your dreams when you awaken? Most people don't remember their dreams. If you are one of those persons, then maybe what you need is this information to help you track your dreams successfully and even remember them. Once you get into the habit, it will be easier. Keeping a dream log or diary is a great tool to use to assist you.
Below are steps to take that can help you track and remember your dreams.
1. Before you go to bed, have a pen and blank pad or a sheet of paper at your bedside. (it's okay if you prefer to keep your dream log or diary instead). If you think you be better off with a tape recorder instead of writing, then do so. You will have to still put it in your log. Avoid heavy meals and lots of fluids before retiring. Avoid stressful situations, these tend to make you have night mares. Try reading to make it easier for you to fall asleep. Relax and be as peaceful as you can. Avoid sleeping aides (sleeping pills) or alcohol because you will more than likely forget your dream once you awaken.
2. Also, have some type of light at your bedside to see in case you awaken in the middle of the night with a dream. A flashlight will be fine if you don't have a lamp at your bedside that you can get to quickly.
3. As soon as you awaken start writing down your dreams. If you move to get out of bed you will surely forget it, unless it is a major dream (a major dream is one that is catastrophic in nature, a death or nightmare). Try not to think of anything but that dream. Write down keywords or a list of items or pointers that will make you remember the whole dream or at least a majority of it.
Remembering your dreams can be challenging. Analyzing or interpreting your dream can be also be frustrating if you don't know how. As stated the major obstacle or problem is remembering it. There are many interpretations of dreams. Sometimes you will need a combination of books or other sources to help in deciphering what your dream really means. Sometimes after analyzing your dream, it still does not make any sense until you have successfully followed them for a while. Try to track your dreams on a regular basis, that way it won't feel so difficult or complex.

How You Can Learn to Create Your Own Affirmations

By Kevin Sinclair

Affirmations are effective tools that anyone can utilize so as to have a life they dream of having.
What are affirmations?
Simply put affirmations are positive statements that you say aloud and regularly. The objective is to re-program your subconscious mind so as to be able to remove negative thoughts which keep you from reaching your dreams.
Essentially they operate by overwriting with positive thoughts the negative ones that we keep stored in our subconscious mind.
What are the Benefits of Affirmations?
Each of us has mental recordings that replay in our minds over and over again. Many of them can be traced back to when we were children and they have been responsible for the action we have taken throughout our lives. Sadly, most of these old recordings are actually feeding our minds with nothing but negativity.
While these negative recordings do not always result from the direct statements of others, they are rather more general and we grow to believe them as applicable to our situation and with regards to ourselves.
For instance, if your parents used to often warn you about strangers you will probably have developed the mind-set that the world is a dangerous place. Those who come from financially secure families may exhibit limited beliefs when it comes to their own finances which actually hinder them in either attaining wealth or keeping it when they have it.
But there is good news! You can actually override these destructive messages by using the power of positive affirmations! They will reinforce the good behaviors while at the same time changing those that need to be changed. But to be able to make the changes you have to have affirmations that you identify with because that is how they are able to aid you in improvement.
What should you remember about creating effective affirmations?
1. Affirmations must be in the present tense. Our subconscious minds do not possess the ability to accept a promise of future behavior. "I will eat healthy food" will not allow your subconscious to identify a timeline or deadline for you to honor this promise to yourself.
Your affirmation must be said as though this is something you are already exhibiting, for example: "I always choose healthy food". This is in the present tense and your subconscious is then able to accept it as fact.
2. In order for affirmations to be effective they must be in the first person. So you can't say: "You must eat healthily". Instead your affirmation must be begun with "I" otherwise it simply won't matter to your subconscious.
"I will choose to eat healthy food" is an example of a personal, first person statement that your subconscious can apply to your own behavior.
3. Lastly, an affirmation must be said positively. "I must cease to eat junk food" doesn't send your subconscious mind a clear message and therefore it can just as easily be interpreted as: "I eat junk food". Rather than leading you in the direction of your goal it will do the opposite.
Rather, "I choose fresh, healthy snacks whenever I am hungry" is a better affirmation because it is positive in nature and lets your mind know precisely what behavior is desired.
How do you Use Affirmations?
To start with choose affirmations that are short and clear and pertain to those things that you want to see transpire in your life.
Here are some examples you could try out:
- I enjoy exercising daily.
- I enjoy nutritious and fresh foods in healthy portions.
- When I no longer desire to smoke I am able to breathe clean and fresh air.
- I have what I need in order to be both content and happy today.
Another method is to write you affirmations down and keep them with you where you can get to them with ease. When you have a few moments to spare you can take them out and read them aloud to yourself.
Make sure that when you say your affirmations you do so in a firm and pleasant voice, smile while you say them. This will help you to be more aware of positive vibrations that are part and parcel of the affirmation and so therefore enable them to have easier access to your subconscious.
When you use positive affirmations each and every day you are able to enjoy the benefits that come as a result such as boosting the positives in your life. Begin using these wonderful tools right now and you will be bringing about the changes you want as well.

Ways To Attract Money Now

By Mattie Taylor

Although money is not everything, it certainly is important in your life. People who say that they do not care about money or money is not important to them are hypocrites. Surely, we need money. We use money to acquire the basic needs and services we require like food, shelter and health. This article deals with how to attract money now so you can have what you need.
The philosophy that money is the root of all evil is somewhat very misleading. Money, if used for the greater good, is a very benevolent thing. The evilness or goodness of money depends on the way you look at money. It also depends on how you use it. if you let it take control of you and your life revolves around it, then that should not be good.

So here are several tips on how to attract money now.
1. This may sound weird but try to give away money. Allocate at least 10% of your monthly income to give away to whatever or whoever you want. You can give to the needy, or to a group who does research to find the cure for AIDS. But remember, do not be reluctant to give it away - give money with all your heart.
2. Synchronize your beliefs and intentions. Your beliefs are abstract representations of what you think like the phrase "money is the root of all evil".
Bob Proctor has said it well, "Money is good, I am the master. Money is the servant, I am prosperous, I am wealthy." By being the master of money means that it has no control over you.
3. Get inspiration from a role model. There is no shortage of successful people around the world. Find your inspiration in them. Learn about what they did so that they would become successful. When you have learned the way they took to become who they are, emulate them. Their biographies are a good start.
4. Being rich is not bad, as long as you achieve it in a legal and moral way. Just remember that when you become rich, use your money in a good way. Just think that with you money you have, you can help many people and many causes. This would make you feel very fulfilled like you have ever been before.
5. Choose people who have a positive and active aura around them. Assess them with their positive and negative traits. Stick with them so you can become positive and active as well.
6. Appreciate and always thank God for the things that you have in your life. Doing this makes you feel good about yourself and this will attract more things to you.
7. If you want to attract money, act now! The moment you get an idea, immediately act on it and find ways to implement your idea. Do not start pondering on another idea until you have realized that first one.

Attract the Universe and Achieve Your Goals

by: Donny Pazzero

The Universal Law of Attraction can be a very effective tool in making you achieve your goals and practically everything else you want to have in this lifetime. You will realize that desire should always start from within, and the world will just obey your thoughts, actions and ideas. Here are some guidelines on how to get your objectives just the way you want.

Ask the Universe

According to the Universal Law of Attraction, ask the universe and it shall give to you. However, to achieve your goals, you have to truly have an idea about what kind of thing or event you want to happen in your life. There are plenty of items that you can ask from the world. The most common are superficial things such as money, a new car, a new house, etc. More meaningful items include better relationships with your family or wife, happiness in your job and life, etc. All of these can be given to you at the time you want and in the extent you need. To help you work out what you want find a personal development consultant who will help you identify this at a very low cost for you.

The Way You Ask

The way you ask the universe will also matter. Keep in mind that the universe will immediately hear and respond in the manner you believe in. Your first thought might go, 'I want a brand new Ferrari.' The world will then respond, 'Your wish is my command.' However, other thoughts can still enter such as, 'But it may still be when I'm in my 40's.' or 'But it will happen when I get the promotion.' or even 'It can't happen.' The world will just say yes to everything you inject in your thoughts.

The time, extent, severity and other details of your wish will be determined by your mind alone. If you have any doubt or disbelief about the power of the universe to provide, then it will truly give to you accordingly. Make sure you clean your thoughts thoroughly so that you set your goals straight and allow the universe to perform the best way.

Your Actions

Once you and your personal development consultant have set your goals and asked from the universe, your mind, thoughts and body will start acting automatically to lead towards the goals and objectives. You will subconsciously accomplish small tasks and open up a wide array of opportunities that are meant to direct you to the ultimate mark. Renew your goals each morning as you wake up and your body will just function immediately towards these.

Work both consciously and subconsciously. Remember that it also requires effort and discipline on your part to receive the best things in life. Do not expect everything to just fall into place. If you want to land that promotion, then you should start going to work early, volunteer for projects and show that you are prepared for bigger responsibilities.

Staying Positive

The Universal Law of Attraction helps you achieve your goals, as long as you remain positive. Always believe that the universe is capable of providing immediately. Anything can actually happen, in the time you have set. Always be optimistic in the face of adversary. It is not impossible that you will encounter a few problems along the way, but what's more important is how you relate to the situation in a positive light. Be conscious about what's happening and act to alleviate the effects. If every you need support with any of this then take advantage of the amazing benefits of having a personal development consultant.

Ms. Susan Boyle: An Inspiring Story

by: Amy twain

By the time you read this, you probably heard of the inspiring life story of Susan Boyle. A 47-year old, unemployed, never been married (and never been kissed) woman from Scotland who elicited lots of praises and compliments not just from the three judges, but also from millions of people across the universe, thanks to Youtube.

Her inspiring story spread rapidly like wildfire and inspires others (especially underdogs and dark horses like her) to reach for your dreams no matter what. The Britain’s Got Talent contestant (by far the most popular these days), delivered a strong performance backed up with an even appropriate and inspirational song, “I Dreamed a Dream” from Les Miserables. I like watching that show, in the sense that Britain’s Got Talent is indeed about talent. It’s about talent through and through, despite your looks, and your age. And what I even like most about the inspiring story of Ms. Susan Boyle is that it’s as if she’s the epitome of dreaming and believing in your dreams—and not putting an age limit to your dreams and goals.

What makes this inspiring story so appealing to the masses, is the fact that we have a not-so-young dreamer dreaming to be a professional singer (wants to be as successful as Elaine Page at that!), when generally, dreaming is associated for the young and their promising future. But here, we have Susan Boyle to change the face of dreaming big and giving us her inspiring story.

Truly, she’s not just a living example, but also a living inspiration as well! I know of other singing competitions that imposed age limits on their contestants. It’s good that Britain’s Got Talent never limits their contestants for a certain age bracket only. Why this allure about second chances and underdogs and dark horses? And why not—it just goes to show that all of us, at some moments in our lives, can relate to being underdogs, since we experienced what it feels like being an underdog ourselves.

We want to inspired and strengthened after failure, rejection, and frustration. An inspiring story like Susan Boyle’s is just one strong validation and we felt justified that we can be like her. She’s also a real person (and not just any fictitious character) and she’s like one of us, living an ordinary life but who wants to have a better life.

So, how who can resist this inspiring story? As we live our day to day struggle in our lives, we all need some bits of inspiration to make us smile, enlightened, hopeful and optimistic for our future. And we don’t need pretty faces, toned muscles, almost-perfect hair that light up our TV screens to make us inspired.

On the contrary, it’s those flawed, ordinary-looking individuals which we can relate to that make us more humane and we can say, “If she can do it, I can too.” And I love that smiling aura of Ms. Boyle devoid of any arrogance or self-pity (unemployed, but still looking) when asked what she’s going to do onstage.

She said, “I’m gonna wow the audience”. And boy, she did more than just that—she even received a standing ovation not just from the crowd, but also from the two judges. Everybody’s got an inspiring story---what’s yours?

Attraction of Money - Why Some People Cannot Attract Money

By Tevin Sterling

When was the last time you attracted money into your reality? Has it been a while? Have you ever even done it?
You most likely used visualization techniques. Maybe you even convinced your mind to believe that the money was on its way. The feeling of abundance may have come to you while your eyes were closed. Maybe you mentally walked through that multi-million dollar luxury mansion that is way out reach for your current income. I've been there, and done that as well.

So what happened afterwards? Did the attraction of money come into your life?
If you are reading this article, I'm willing to bet that you didn't. This is coming from a guy that doesn't like to gamble! So what does this mean? Is attraction based manifestation a bunch of hocus pocus?
For some time I was wrestling with the thought that this could be true. I found myself jumping from guru to guru, trying different methods and techniques to creatively convince the universe to bring money into my life. Since it wasn't working; either I was wrong or they were. I shuddered at the idea that these seemingly well intentioned experts were just very good "snake oil" salesmen.
If I was the one making the mistakes, then where was I going wrong? How could others "get it" where I haven't a clue on how to attract money?
All options considered to exhaustion. Think of a world where law of attraction did not exist. You'd be looking at a world that was at the mercy of chance occurrences. If that were the case, then you'd probably have animals with legs for heads and no mouths. Evolution wouldn't exist because it's not random.
If all was up to chance then on some days the Earth would go around the moon and vice versa. Wouldn't it? The universe is so ordered in such ways that it's impossible for it to even exist if you want to consider a reality based on randomness. Thus, I would have to consider myself to be part of that order. But how much am I controlled by it or influenced by it? If my thoughts can cause my hand to move an object, then I must have some influence over reality, right?
So this only would mean that I've been doing something wrong and these experts were right.
But what was it that I'm just not getting?
I took to studying, reading about, and watching as many people as I found that were "naturally successful." The purpose of this was to find their similarities and what made it so easy to them to create so much prosperity in their lives. Many late nights were filled banging my head against the wall, trying to figure them out. Then it finally hit me! The answer was in front of me the whole time.
They actually weren't doing anything special. They were just being themselves. And by being this way they were able to bring prosperity (in various forms) into their lives.
They started "being" rather than "doing." Regardless of if it's intentional or not, you are always "being" something. Why not "be" something purposefully. Be someone that attracts happiness, health, and wealth. Being a master at manifesting great things into your life is something you already have in you. Think of it this way; when you are planning your vacation your are a state of absolute certainty that it will happen. This clarity without doubt is the essence of law of attraction.
Most people get caught up in learning the latest "trick" or "technique" when it comes to the attraction of money and other things. But that's all related to "doing." And it simply doesn't work.
I specialize in self hypnosis and subliminal hypnosis. Once of the occurring themes in many self hypnosis programs is to put you in a condition of being in order to achieve a certain outcome. Almost like a light switch you can alter your state of being on demand. So learning how to attract on demand is possible too.
Manifesting money and worrying about money are two things that cancel each other out. You just can't do it both. Think of it like trying to drive while one foot pushes on the brake while the other pushes on the gas simultaneously. You'd be going nowhere fast and wasting energy doing it.
If knowing how to expel negative feelings while manifesting money was a state of "being" for you, do you think you'd have any issues attracting prosperity into your life?
Absolutely NOT!
The difference is the mindset. When you are "being" something it's permanent and a part of your. When you are "doing" something it's only for the time you are taking the action. I manifested paying off both of my car loans by switching my thinking this way.
