The Power of Belief To Transform Your Experience

I just had a great conversation with a friend who was telling me about some business associates who have had a complete turn around on their dream.
A few months ago, they were enthusiastic and on fire for their future. Unfortunately, they didn't keep their mental doors locked... and something negative slipped in, and they dropped the pursuit of their dream.
All failure begins this way.
People may have high hopes, but when their perceived circumstances suggest a lesser outcome is more likely (perhaps via an unexpected obstacle), this perceived discrepancy becomes the initial seed of failure.
Being unaware of how this process destroys the dreams of countless people, they fall victim to its seduction.
Take a look at what happens and how this process works:
1. We all have two parts in our thinking: One is our dream or goal, and the second is the belief that it might not ever happen. This is where most people start out.
2. Next, something begins to spark or inspire a person to take action on their dream. (Yet, not having a full understanding of the Laws of Success, they are actually moving in the direction of their dream with a great deal of ignorance. Ignorance is not necessarily a bad thing, as long as a person stays open to what he/she must learn along the way. The problem is many individuals are not open to growth and change.)
3. Their subconscious manifests an obstacle to keep them from experiencing anything "new". This new challenge is perceived as a point of failure.
It is at this point in a person's journey where moving forward becomes too painful or fearful, and a person usually chooses to stay "safe". The truth, however, is that this is also the point where moving forward would allow a person to see the bigger win they are hoping for!
You see, YOUR beliefs control your perception of everything in your world, which in turn creates your reality. If you want to change your reality, you must use new information to change your beliefs AND your perception. Until you see things differently, you will continue to makes choices that keep you where you are. And eventually, you will give up on your dreams.
In other words, your experiences reflect your belief system. This means that if there is anything in your life you don't want to experience all you need to do to change "it" is to change the belief that caused "it" in the first place!
In theory, it's really simple... but in practice, many people find it difficult because they really don't understand all beliefs are nothing but illusions anyway. But these illusions are so strong people think that they are real when actually they are not.
The power of belief is astounding. I encourage you to study its mysteries for yourself and see what changes you truly do have the power to make.

Now I can't make any guarantees that these tips will for sure help your memory, but according to research, they should help. 1. Eat a good breakfast. A healthy diet is one way to enhance mental focus, and breakfast is the best place to start. Twentieth-century American nutritionist and writer Adelle Davis once said, "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper." That recommendation holds true today. Skipping breakfast can affect mental acuity, emotional well-being, and energy levels for the rest of the day. In fact, one British study found that people who do not eat breakfast perform poorly on memory tests and have higher levels of physical and mental fatigue later in the day.
2. Drink more caffeine. Not only does coffee taste good and can get someone going in the morning, but it also has health benefits. According to research reported by WebMD, coffee drinkers are less likely to have a number of different health problems, including Alzheimer's related dementia. A 2009 Scandinavian study followed 1,400 coffee drinkers for 20 years. Those who drank between 3 and 5 cups of coffee daily were 65 percent less likely to develop dementia. It appears that coffee wakes up the senses and keeps the brain sharp.
3. Keep the body hydrated. According to a "European Journal of Clinical Nutrition" report, mild dehydration can cause cognitive impairment and poor mental performance. The study looked at aging seniors and younger adults. To enhance mental focus, people should drink plenty of fluids, especially water, throughout the day. Those who drink coffee to sharpen mental acuity should drink extra fluids to counter caffeine's diuretic effects.
4. Listen to inspiring music. Music improves energy levels and engages the senses. Most people know from experience that uplifting music sharpens concentration and encourages creativity. The power of music to enhance mental focus is well-documented. Listening to music and taking note of the various sounds, images, emotions, and even smells it evokes, is a great way to exercise the brain.
5. Have a good laugh. Nutrition, exercise, and leisure activities can have lasting effects on physical, emotional, and mental health. Research shows that investing in laughter can pay good dividends, too. Everyone knows the adage, "Laughter is good medicine," and studies reveal that laughter has a profound effect on a person's overall health. In addition to the physical and psychological benefits, laughter can sharpen a person's mental focus. It moves the attention away from stress, anger, guilt, and other negative emotions that can cloud a person's concentration.
Breakfast, caffeine, water, music, and laughter are just five ways a person can increase mental focus. There are many other ways to enhance mental clarity, improve memory, and lift depression. But these five suggestions are easy methods that anyone can incorporate into their daily lives. Simple and scientifically-proven, they are great ways to increase energy levels and keep mental focus clear and sharp. The Law of Attraction and the Six Principles for Success

Our emotions play a pivotal role in not only in the way we feel, but they are a good indication of the results that we can expect in our life. This means that when we consistently follow principle emotions in our life, we increase the probability of success.
The following summary of the six principles for success indicate how we can attract more good in our life, which ultimately leads to better health, more prosperity and outstanding relationships.
1. LOVE: it is important that you love and accept yourself. If you do not accept yourself with love, then how are you going to love someone else? When you start to appreciate yourself, you in turn start to appreciate others.
No comparisons to others, either! This is a fruitless exercise, for you are unique. Has there ever been anyone else like you, will there ever be anyone else like you? That consideration alone, you need to love.
2. GRATITUDE: Gratitude is a powerful energy, so by you expressing a grateful attitude towards what you have in your life, you are locking into the attraction of abundance in your life. Gratitude can be likened to gravity: you throw it up; it comes back down to you. You get more of what you are grateful about. You need to express it.
3. FORGIVENESS: The first step in this process is to FORGIVE YOURSELF FIRST. The act of unforgiveness can be likened to you carrying around a heavy sack of rocks on your back. It basically means that you are carrying around more baggage than is healthy. The key to fulfillment in life is to release the baggage and walk free!
An effective way of achieving forgiveness is by the act of writing a letter to those you wish to release from your mind and body. (Please note that you DO NOT have to send the letter- it is the intention of experiencing the emotional release.) The idea is to do this quickly, unconsciously, without forethought. You are training your mind to let the unresolved resentment go.
The aim is to bring out the negative associations beginning with anger, sadness, fear and hurt until you can climb the ladder of emotion to love.
Begin the letter with "I am angry that..." and let your letter flow where it may, making sure that you cover all the relevant points. The ultimate aim is to allow yourself the gift of liberation so that you may live your life in peace.
Should the act of forgiveness of others prove difficult to you, it would pay to keep in mind a crucial consideration. Just because that person was in a bad state before, it does not mean he/she will always be in such a state. This alone will assist in your act of forgiveness. There is no such thing as an unresourceful person, only unresourceful thoughts. It was that person's thoughts at that time that made him/her to act in the way that has lead to your needing to forgive them.
4. CONTRIBUTION/GIVING. As in the case in forgiveness, it is essential for you to contribute to yourself first. You can do this by rewarding yourself whenever you have achieved something worthwhile.
When it comes to contributing to others, you will discover that in the act of giving, you have a variety of gifts at your disposal. You can contribute your time, love and knowledge, in fact anything that serves to enrich the lives of others.
The process by which the Universe works is known as the law of reciprocation. If you give to someone, that person will want to give something back to you and so the continuum proceeds.
The key point to remember about the act of contribution is:
IF YOU WANT SOMETHING, YOU NEED TO CONTRIBUTE IT FIRST.
If, for example, you want more love in your life, you need to give love first. The same principle applies to money. Contribution is energy, it has a rebounding effect.
5. ACCESSING PEACE: When you are at peace with yourself, you are actually at your highest connectedness to the Universe and in the state of highest creativity. It is therefore essential to engage in activities that engender peace. Meditation. Fasting. Being close to nature. Detoxifying/cleansing your body. Prayer.
Meditation is vital for accessing peace.Sit silently, ponder and mentally ask questions and the answers that are already there will come to you. You just need to take that first step.
6. FAITH: Faith overcomes fear. Faith and fear are mutually exclusive. Like oil and water, they simply don't mix.
The fact is, that you practice faith on a daily basis. You have faith that your car and your driving skills will get you from A to B, or that the bus driver will deliver you safely to your destination. The key is to actively practice faith in your life. Remember: you will see it when you believe it!
Begin to visualise your life's goal and emotionalise it. Have faith in its manifestation and take the necessary action to bring it into your life.

Creating Luck for Yourself - How to Become a Lucky Person

Sometimes it seems that being lucky is something that's reserved for other people. But actually it's remarkably simple to create luck for yourself. You just need to know the tricks that will help you to become a lucky person.
1. You get what you focus on
This is effectively what the law of attraction states (albeit in a slightly different way) but it applies to all aspects of our life and that includes being lucky.
If your focus is constantly telling you that you're unlucky, that's precisely what you will get. But when you turn your focus around and start to tell yourself that you're one of the luckiest people you know, prepare to be amazed at how well this turns round your fortunes!
2. Expect to win
Expectation forms a very big part of our lives. If we expect that personal thunderstorm to follow us around, day in, day out, then that's probably what will happen.
But if your expectation is that you're going to win, that small shift in attitude gives you an edge over other people.
So expect to win and tell that nasty nagging voice in your head that you're not going to listen to its constant naysaying.
3. Develop your intuition
Much like Gibbs in NCIS listens to his gut - that's another name for intuition.
This doesn't mean that you have to be constantly living by your intuition to the exclusion of everything else around you. But it does mean that you need to start paying more attention to those small signals that can make a really big difference in your life, including how lucky you are.
4. Every cloud has a silver lining - make it your job to find it!
That well worn phrase has a lot of truth in it.
And by talking about clouds, we've come back to that personal thunderstorm that you used to have following you but - now that you're becoming a brighter person - is much closer to a small, pretty, fluffy cloud that brightens up a summers day.
Make a point to hunt down and find the silver lining in any cloud. It's there. All you have to do is dig deep enough and you'll find it.
Plus there's some extra good news - it's often very close to the surface, so there's rarely much digging involved.
5. Develop your own force field
You don't have to be Luke Skywalker to be able to use this force.
Just develop your reactions so that any negative - unlucky - remarks and situations are like the proverbial water off a ducks back.
This takes a bit of time but is great when you start to perfect it. Developing your own force field can literally turn your luck around.
6. Stop being a stick in the mud
Quite often we're less lucky than we should be because we've developed habits that constrain us and stop us from even bumping into the things that can make us lucky.

Failure is a word that is not pleasant to hear, and no one else in this world who want or want to experience failure.
Successful people think, that failure is temporary, not permanent.
Make your failures as part of the circuit CHAPTER BOOK YOUR LIFE. Failure is not your life cover. Unless you give up too early!
Nah! If you have experienced failure, no matter how big your keggalan level. Do you give up. Take a POSITIVE ATTITUDE! Learn from failures, evaluate and do the actions to YOUR SUCCESS! You have to STAND UP AND BE A WINNER in life!

Law of Attraction - The Law of Attraction Must Include the Law of Action

In essence, the Law of Attraction states that whatever you habitually focus on you tend to attract automatically into you life. This law is very appealing to most people because of its apparent promise of effortless manifestation of the things that we want in our lives. Hey, if we really want something, that means we are focusing on it, and since we are focusing on it, therefore it is being attracted into our lives. Right? Well, there is a little more to it than that. If it were as easy as that then everyone who has ever really wanted something would always walk away with their arms loaded down with all of the stuff they could imagine.
How We Stop the Law of Attraction from Working
There are also many things that can and do get in the way of the Law of Attraction. One of those things is doubt and worry; this is the killer for most people. Another thing that stops the Law of Attraction is the refusal to take immediate and positive action to make that which you say you want to come about. You see, the minute that you focus your energy on something, by the laws of Higher Power, that which you have begun to think about begins to move toward you with the intention of becoming reality.
The Law of Attraction is Really the Law of Opportunity
That which you attract is a movement toward you. That which you attract appears in the form of opportunity. The problem is also that many of us do not recognize the first of the manifestation of our desire because we misread the perfect opportunity when it appears, so that in hindsight we say, "I shouldn't have doubted myself and hesitated. I should have taken the risk and should have gone for it." How often do we miss our cues!
The Law of Attraction Can Only Work through the Law of Immediate Action
If fruit falls to the ground after we have prayed for food, we still have to bend over and pick it up to eat it. If the woman of our dreams is sitting next to us on a two-hour plane flight, we still have to begin a conversation and talk to her. If we get a great money-making idea to change our life situation for the better, we still have to take the leap of faith and act on it. The Law of Attraction is not the law of imposition, that is, we are never forced to realized what we have attracted.
The 2 Secrets to Get the Law of Attraction to Always Work for You
It's very simple. I think that we ironically attract opportunities for that which we pray night and day. The problem is do we see the opportunity? And do we act upon it? Put very plainly, the secret of Attraction lies in its last six letters.

Yield No Yards

Sometimes you have to hold your ground, as sometimes that makes sense. You see, sometimes you must yield no yards, and if you fail to do so, you lose, along with the rest of your team. Okay so, let's talk a little bit about life's lessons and a little philosophy on that if you will.
Now then, President Obama says everything is negotiable, and I know a few lawyers who'd have you believing the same as well, but sometimes there are some things which should not be negotiable. You see, if you believe that everything is always negotiable, you're also likely to fall for anything. Perhaps it's a lot like that country song; "you have to stand for something, or you'll fall for anything." There is a lot of truth to that, you have to admit.
Okay so, if you stand for something, then chances are you stand against something else. If you stand against too many things, you're liable to make yourself a target, and prevent forward advancement in human society, especially in this day and age of political correctness. At some point in your life you will come to a place where you will have to defend what you are about be it your family, your business in the marketplace, your political views, or your integrity.
When you reach that point you will have some decisions to make, you can either dig in, or yield. If you plan on taking it and holding your ground, you better be ready for the onslaught. Indeed, the football analogy is a good one here, and I'm sure Vince Lombardi would agree. And, I'm sure he also at one time or another uttered those words; "You Will Yield No Yards!" - and if he said it, he meant it.
It is much easier to hold your ground when you have a solid team that you can believe in, where each teammate believes in the same. Yes, there is strength in numbers, and there is safety in conviction, and belief, and in those who will affirm their commitments, dedication, perseverance, and personal strength of character and will to absolutely, positively, never yield those yards. There have been sports stories, political stories, and war stories around this very topic.
There are few times in life where a man's true character can be judged. But the strength of that individual, and their mental will at the point where they make a stand will determine the worth of that man. I wish you well, and I hope that you will understand that sometimes you must not yield any yards, you must stand your ground against any adversity, any competitor, and any evil doer on this side or the other.

Law of Attraction - Not Sure You Can?

Have you been trying to work with the law of attraction in your life, and it's just not working? Are you wondering what is wrong with your thinking that you can't do it? What is wrong with you, don't you deserve to be happy like they say? Do you even get to the point where you feel good one day, then down in the dumps others and you wonder if you are bi polar? If so, relax, you are not alone, and you are not bi polar.
There are many people working with the law of attraction and there are just as many trying to teach you how to do it, or saying they have just the right technique for you to be able to master it. Let me just say that the techniques are great, but in the end all you need is your focused intentions.
I am speaking from experience here, I have felt all of these feelings, and thought all of these thoughts. What I have found out, is that we are here having a human experience, and we like to complicate everything, we like to get caught up in our thoughts and all the drama in life. This is where we fail at the law of attraction. Myself included. This is what I have learned.
It is very important to take control of my thoughts as soon as I wake up, I want to start positive so I can attract more positive. I heard it said, and I'm not sure who said it but it is brilliant, stay positive until 10 am and the rest of the day will look after itself. It's true. Positive affirmations may sound silly, but they are very powerful in attracting good to you. I start every day off with an affirmation, I even take it one step further and add a vision to that affirmation. For example if I were trying to manifest money, I would say, I say yes to all the new opportunities that come my way today to generate income. I will then envision myself with money floating all around me, and just stay with that as long as I can. The trick is to bring all of these thoughts and visions into your heart and feel that energy.
The next step is to go about your day, staying in tune with what you want, and keeping your energy and vibrational level high. In other words, stay with the heart energy, do things from the heart, listen to the heart. When things start to show up that are not in alignment with what you want........in other words the exact opposite of what you want.......simply say thank you and don't give it any other energy. When we put thought into why did this show up, or I don't want that, what we are doing is giving it energy, anything we give energy to will grow. Meaning you will attract more of it. Perhaps it is showing up to let you recognize it and say no, I want this, specifically. The law of attraction is very specific in fact its exact. Look at what showed up and look at exactly what you asked for and exactly where your thoughts have been.
This is the frustrating part, this is where people give up, this is where people begin to think they just can't do it or just aren't deserving enough. One of the laws states that we are willing to sacrifice for what we want, that includes our thoughts. That includes constantly looking for "the good "to show up. That also includes giving up anything that blocks us from having what we want such as limiting beliefs or even physical things we have that we are holding onto. We need to release the old in order to make room for the new. So when the old keeps showing up, just say no, that's not what I want.
I have been trying to manifest a new car, which requires money. My old car was continually breaking down costing me money I wanted to be saving to get a new one. I was always asking how can I save money for a car, when I am always putting it out for repairs. Then I got a brain wave thought, I had to give up the old in order to make room for the new. The brakes went on the car last week, and without any resentment or anger I simply took it off the road, and said you are done. I became grateful for what the car had done for me over the years. I was grateful for learning this value able lesson. I was grateful that I was healthy enough to walk until the said new car shows up. I started to realize how lucky I was. I also was finally able to really start dreaming about the new car I wanted. Prior to this, it was a passing fancy, but now it's real, I can feel myself driving it, I can feel how comfortable and safe I feel in it. That is real manifesting thoughts.
What my problem was that I was too caught up in the past, with what I already had, that was making me unhappy. With that I could not focus my thoughts on what I wanted.
You see even if we think we are doing a great job with our thoughts and energy we always have work to do. In fact this is often the only work we have to do in order to receive what it is we have asked for. The journey is about preparing ourselves to receive, about learning what is blocking us and removing those blocks. That is work enough in itself.
Next time you see something show up that is opposite of what you want, don't get down, don't get negative and don't beat yourself up about it. Simply recognize it, and move on. Train your eye to look only for the good, and to be very grateful for what is in your life. Make a list each day of what your grateful for. There are so many positive things you can do to keep your energy high even when things are not working. Keep a list of things you can try, this way when you are having an off day, rather than staying in your head you can try something that works.
Here are a few ideas,
Light a candle, allow spirit in to help you.
Go for a walk in nature.
Listen to music
Dance, move your body, it shifts energy
Cry if you want to
Write out how you are feeling then throw it out.
Positive affirmations.
These all help to stay out of the mind and stop us from becoming attached to our thoughts. Meditation works wonders to move us back into the heart and out of the head.
The worst thing we can do is give up, beat ourselves up, or give thought to why things are not showing up. With persistence and vigilant watch over our thoughts and emotions, we will bring to us that which we want. It starts out small almost as if wanting us to recognize it and say yes, more please. See the small things, and celebrate them, be peacefully thankful for them and they will grow. We all have the same manifesting abilities, we all deserve to have our desires met, we are all capable of doing this, just keep doing it, it gets better, in fact make a game of it.

How to Handle Anger Appropriately

Anger can come from many sources. It may be righteous anger, either for yourself or for others. It may be guilt related anger. Sometimes stress causes it, and fear as well. The question is, how do you deal with it, and is it right for you to do something about it?
Righteous Anger: Has someone said something slanderous about you? Perhaps they told their boss or spread it around your workplace, school or the internet. You've got two choices. One is to act out your anger and the other is to let it pass. Acting in anger, even if it's righteous anger, does no one any good. If you're the target, then it especially does you no good. Before you react, calm down, look at it rationally and then decide how you're going to handle the problem.
The same advice holds true if it is because of something done to someone else. Anger begets anger. You can let it spur you to action, but not while you're still feeling the emotion.
Guilt: This is a sneaky one. The more true an accusation is, the angrier you will become. It's a reflex to shield the mind from the realization that you've done something wrong. It will take a lot of self control to swallow it, think about what's being said and then do the right thing, whether it's an apology or some other means of restitution.
Stress: Stress causes a lot of emotions, and anger is only one of them. If you are under a lot of stress, you may need to learn some relaxation techniques to help control them. Visualization is the best if you have the time. If not, deep breathing and counting to ten do actually help. Herbs such as lavender and passionflower could be beneficial, but not when you may need your wits about you.
Fear: In some cases, anger caused by fear may save your life. In others, it may cause lasting harm. It can give you that added push to get out of the way of something, which is good. However, it can also cloud your judgement, make any illness worse and if you open mouth and insert foot, it could ruin relationships.
It is a good idea to talk to your doctor if you have anger issues that aren't resolved by the simple steps above. You may have an underlying medical condition and you may need counseling. The counselor can help you learn stronger techniques to hold anger at bay.

Choose Your Future

We all make decisions. Every minute in the days that we've been through, there is always a decision that we take.
We decide where we're going to work, what will we eat, the clothes we shall wear, when we break for sleep, etc. ..
That's all meruakan principled decisions we face every day ..
Of every decision that we take or make, there will be a responsibility that will be accepted as what will be an experience in our lives ..
If we are unhappy with what we're doing today, we have the freedom or choice to choose a new profession. Who can make us happier to do it. Our decision or choice in selecting the foods we eat, health determines who we will feel it later ..
Remember, there is no such limit yourself, but yourself.
We as human beings who are given a lunch by the Almighty to be used with the best. Just choose, will be used or not?
Just like if someone asked, "What's Your life purpose?".
Fraction, explaining in detail their purpose in life .. And mostly, feeling confused. Want to live where they are .. Even diampun is a decision too ..
Now We semmua know, if each of us has the power to choose. To plan the life we want.
As we all know that already, "DECISION yg We take this very moment, will affect our Future"
rest assured that we take a decision, because whatever the decision who do we take this very moment, do you regret later ...

How to Use the Law of Attraction Using Three Strategies

Once you set out to do something worthwhile, be sure that you do it correctly. That is definitely true for learning how to use the law of attraction. Planning carefully up-front, getting advice and following it, might make all the difference in whether one does something correctly and succeed, or do it wrong and fail. Not carrying this out correctly, or carrying it out poorly, can bring on mediocre results. You could potentially find yourself in a situation where you don't get exactly what you want, or perhaps attracting something you don't want. If you're looking for tips on how to use the law of attraction, these three key factors are necessary to consider to assure your success.
To start with, Focus
Have a clear picture of what you want in your mind and focus on what you want as it aids in averting things in your life that you don't want. Instead of focusing on what they want in life most people focus on what's going on bad in their life. Doing this could lead to experiencing the same cycle of struggle. It's extremely important to focus on what you want not on what you don't want.. So please don't make the miss-step of forgetting this important point.
The second is, Belief
This is actually more important than focus for all those attempting to understand how to use the law of attraction. I'm telling you, this is simply not something to overlook. It's very helpful to understand that without belief in one's self to accomplish ones goal it will be impossible to use the law of attraction effectively. Napoleon Hill said it best "Whatever the mind can conceive and believe the mind can achieve"
Finally, Take action
And finally, when you are working with use of the law of attraction, just be sure you take action. It will help with overcoming limiting beliefs, and that's a major part of the manifestation process. Neglecting to take action regardless of the "internal stuff" that you do like focusing and visualizing could mean you won't attract exactly what you want. Jack Canfield a motivational speaker once said "the only way you can get whatever you want in life without taking action is if you live at the bottom of a hill and whatever you want can roll down to you"
The law of attraction is always working. It's like the law of gravity, regardless if you know how it works or not if you throw a rock in the air it will come back down. When you're thinking of using the law of attraction, then you certainly would like to avoid the different types of mistakes most people make when trying to apply the principals. It's very simple but there are concepts you must understand to use the law most effectively.

How to Achieve Happiness Through Meditation

To be happy or not to be happy is your choice in life no one else's. You and only you can choose to be happy no matter the situation. That's why meditation is a good way to start finding the level of happiness you want to acquire in your life. When you meditate, you start to be one with yourself because your at a relax state of mind. The mind gets a sense of clarity, and you're able to figure out things in your life that are keeping you from living the life you've always wanted.
The way I use meditation is, I simply write down all the things that would make my life more happy. First I would write down on a piece of paper the necessary steps I need to take in order to achieve more happiness. Whether it would be making more money or building better relationships. I would review the things I had written down and then take a mental note of it. Then I would close my eyes and breath in slowly and take-in everything I just wrote and repeat it over and over internally for several minutes, or until I believe that I can actually take action on the things I have written down to being more happy. Once you believe in your own abilities then you will find your true happiness and feel more fulfilled.
So start writing down everything you want and the steps you need to take to get it. In order for the meditation to work, you have to believe that you can actually do the steps. So don't plan for something that is far beyond your talents. It has to be believable, something you know deep down you can do or else your just going to give up because it got to hard. Simply come up with the best plan that matches your skills.
Also they're some people who fake it till they make it. They pretend to show that they're happy on the outside, but really on the inside they are extremely unhappy and not satisfied with their lives. The way I see it is that, you can only pretend for so long. At the end of the day you're only fooling yourself deep down and that can affect you from achieving the things you want in your life because, it's not believable. Like for instance, if you say that I am going to be a millionaire, but deep down you are doubting yourself, guess what it might not happen. The reason is because, you believe more that you're not going to be a millionaire even though you say you want to be one. Saying it and believing it are two different things.
Meditation is another way of helping you believe in what you are saying and feeling all in one. The connection you have with yourself will be like something you have never experience in your life. So get started and you can begin to be happy way more than being unhappy.

The Law Of Attraction, Motivation and Action

I have read a ton of personal development and goal setting books. Many authors tell you that you need to start with a plan before you begin. The other common advice is to know how you want you business to look 20 years from now.
All Thinking and No Doing
The problem many others and I have is people spend all their time planning with very little time doing.
I started this year off differently than in other years. Thanks to Bob Proctor and
his recordings who opened me up to The Law of Attraction and not having a specific plan.
The Law of Attraction and the Difference It Makes
The Law of Attraction states that you have to take action to see different results. The action will lead to motivation to keep acting. I started a couple different websites or blogs for that matter with a simple plan: Let's see where this will lead.
Nothing more than just starting to take action and keep motivated by the action. It has been interesting year so far. I have accomplished several items I did not know about to being the year. Books and circumstances seemed to open up in my favor.
See What You Can Do
You need to open yourself up and to see what you can do. This is what I did with my ideas. Now some of my ideas did not work out. How did I figure out they did not work? I took action on my ideas. Here's the funny part. Even though my initial idea did not work out. The action on my idea led to something that did work out.
In fact, you are reading this article because I decided to act and stay motivated while seeing where my actions would lead.
My journey is just beginning and I look forward to seeing how the Law of Attraction will be working as I take more and more action on my ideas.
The key to my plan is to take action and see what opportunities come into my life. You can do the same. The mistake so many people make is the old paralysis by analysis. Quit questioning whether or not a plan will work. The one thing I can guarantee is no action will lead to no accomplishment.
Today start with my simple plan: Let's see where this leads. The action will open more doors than just planning.
